I loved it so much that I signed up for the membership. Since then, I have been attending Stroller strides for a minimum of 3 times a week. My baby girl is now almost 5 months. I love that I can get a great workout and have my baby with me at all times and not worry about childcare. This was a huge help! Also, I love being surrounded by wonderful mamas. I feel very supported knowing that I am not alone in this fitness journey. You built this relationship with the community and you get to know and relate with other moms who have similar struggles. Megan and Lorena are amazing instructors and were very welcoming. They really motivate you. I always leave feeling stronger and full of energy. The owner, Carly, is very accommodating and passionate in helping mamas get fit and healthy. They also do playdates on some days after class with some DIY crafts coordinated by Rhiannon. PLEASE AVOID KATHLEEN. READ THE OTHER RECENT NEGATIVE REVIEWS. She somehow got our last review…read moreremoved. I assume she has been doing this with a lot of reviewers. Long story, short: Kathleen should not be taking care of babies at night. I'm rewriting this review because she is putting babies in danger and this could cause harm to baby. She showed up to our house after eye surgery and could barely see and walk around our house at night time. I have camera proof that she fell asleep with our baby in her arms as well. After that, she refused to give back our deposit and took all our money. She claimed it didn't apply because the deposit was applied to the substitute. What a scam of a lady. Putting babies in danger and taking new parents money. Please do not use Kathleen for night nanny/doula services.

Kathleen was very responsive when I called initially and continued to check on us when we were in the hospital. I thought that was a good sign - but we couldn't have been more disappointed with the outcome and fired her after two nights. The first night she showed up she made fun of the way I swaddled sarcastically (yes, I'm sorry I don't know how to swaddle I just got my baby home from the hospital where nurses were doing it BECAUSE HE ALMOST DIED) and isn't it your job to teach me how to do those things? We should have sent her home then and there after that tone deaf sarcasm. We were desperate though. Even given the situation, Kathleen was far more concerned about how she would sleep comfortably and even had me looking for her glasses for her in the middle of the night because she couldn't find them. Wtf??? I've just been through the worst experience of my life and now I am caretaking you???? The second morning after she left the baby's diaper was falling off, the place was a mess including her crackers under the couch, even though we didn't have anyone else lined up we had to let her go. I was going to refrain on writing a review as she did send me an apology note and mentioned she was too old for the night jobs anymore and would be transitioning into education only (yes, 100%, should not be in charge of nighttime infant care) but for some reason I decided to look her up on here and I see she is or course taking those jobs still. I feel the need to note my experience and forewarn anyone else considering hiring her that she has the bedside manner of a screeching Tasmanian devil and to be frank my baby would probably be dead if we had hired her before the event. I'm shaking writing this because it is just that upsetting . Oh , and after finding out I was a hairdresser, on night two she was ASKING ME WHEN I COULD DO HER HAIR . ????????????????????????? Excuse me I just had major surgery, my baby almost died, I'm clearly not well and taking maternity leave as long as I can, and you are really asking me that? I also had a musical healing mantra playing in the room for my baby and she said "she wanted to blow it up". I think I've painted the picture for you- I would recommend running far away from this one. The lack of professionalism is enough, but she's also quite possibly a smoker-she smelled like febreze over cigarettes- which is a HUGE Nono around babies. This is all extremely dangerous and I really don't want anyone else to have the experience that we did.

In one evening, she helped me troubleshoot my breastfeeding and I got to enjoy feeding for 15 months. Fast forward to last week, my newborn was 3 days old and the pain of feeding was unbearable. I felt my PPD starting to set in because my body was already in pain from delivery. I remembered I had Ana's info and she came to see me the next day (very safely and cautiously) and again, fixed my problems in one session. Now I'm happy to feed my baby as much as possible and aren't supplementing with formula to give my nipples a break anymore. Ana is so professional, knowledgeable, and has a very calm bedside manner which helps when you're overwhelmed with doing something that is supposed to be natural but is actually not. I'll be recommending her while singing her praises on my roof. THANK YOU ANA!!

Would I recommend Brandi Jordan as a sleep consultant? Not unless you're a celebrity or have…read morethousands of dollars to waste. For the average parent, you'll likely spend thousands of dollars only to end up back where you started--with vague, generic advice you could easily find online and some added reassurance. Brandi's approach offers little to no long-term guidance. She works on a day-by-day basis without providing written materials or a structured plan to follow, which makes it nearly impossible to build consistency once the sessions end. It feels like being handed a toolkit for a toy bike when you're trying to fix a kitchen sink, completely mismatched and ultimately unhelpful. Throughout our experience, she asked for detailed information about our child's sleep schedule, feeding patterns, and behaviors, which was time-consuming to document. Yet, those details seemed disregarded, as the feedback almost always boiled down to a generic "you'll have to let the baby cry," delivered in a reassuring but repetitive way. Months later, we're still struggling to get our child to sleep independently. We received no follow-up documents, no lasting framework, and no practical tools to help us move forward. After spending over $1,000, we were left feeling misled, frustrated, and uncertain about what to do next. If you're considering hiring Brandi, I urge you to think carefully. Save your time, energy, and resources. Look for a consultant who offers structured support, written guidance, and consistent follow-through; not someone whose attention is divided elsewhere. Parents deserve more than being treated like another number in the queue. Updated response to Brandi... I actually worked with you in April 2025, and communication stopped soon after the contract period ended. We followed your instructions exactly as outlined. Not every child responds the same way, and sometimes a more individualized approach is necessary, but it became clear you didn't have the time or availability to provide that level of support.

TW: postpartum depression, prematurity, self-harm…read more There's a reason there are very few reviews more recent than 2021, and they are negative. We contracted Brandi Jordan as a sleep consultant in June 2025 when we were in a truly desperate situation; I was hallucinating from sleep deprivation and suffering terrible postpartum depression. In hindsight, I figure that's how we fell for this. We paid over $1500 and here's what we got: a single one hour Zoom, a single 30 minute phone call about a week later (for which she was 20 minutes late), and 30-40 days of "text support," though there were several instances where she did not respond for three days despite our texts. I felt "left on read." To be fair to her, it was in our contract that this is what we could get: a one hour zoom, up to 3 follow-up calls and 30 days of text support. When I signed the contract, I did think this was sort of minimal, but I was desperate and figured "hey, maybe she can work magic." At our initial Zoom call, she said she had "never met a baby that couldn't sleep through the night after 2-3 weeks, max," so we were thrilled and hopeful! Now I know why this is true; she doesn't actually *meet* the babies- It's all virtual! She absolutely cannot work magic; please don't fall for this marketing that preys on desperate parents like we did. I feel stupid for having believed her. As other reviews have said, there is no individual tailoring, and the method she uses is essentially soft Ferberizing: letting the baby cry and cry with intermittent check-ins that get progressively longer. This was torture for all of us. Our baby was born extremely prematurely at 26 weeks and spent nearly 3 months in the NICU before coming home on oxygen. We did this contract when she was about 9 months old (6 months adjusted). We were obviously all still traumatized, and she had a lot of difficulty self-soothing at all. There was no troubleshooting about what how her and our individual situation might be contributing to sleep issues. Listening to her cry for 90 minutes in the middle of the night resulted in my self-harming several times (again, I had bad PPD). We did it though, because Brandi told us to. How it would work is that every morning we would text Brandi how the night went, and she would maybe respond that day saying something like "okay let's do that again" or "let's push this feed back 15 minutes" or something. A lot of the time she just wouldn't respond. I gave two stars because after the 30-40 days, our baby was sleeping a bit better than at the beginning (only 2-4 wakeups a night instead of 10). Additionally, this is way too expensive for such minimal support. You can find all this information online (Ferber with intermittent check-ins and dream feeds). Maybe if you have a normal or semi-easy baby this would work, but otherwise only time will help. Our baby is now 1 and wakes up about once a night every other night; only time got us here.

Both classes were led by Barbara and Corgi, who were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable. From the moment we walked in, they made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. They struck the perfect balance of being informative while keeping things fun and lighthearted. So much information can be stressful but the way it was presented was easy to digest. I loved doing it with my partner and think it was such a great way to get him more involved in this process that can lean so heavily on the mom. More importantly, their website said the stroller I wanted was in stock and available in 4 hours for pickup, but when I got there it wasn't available for purchase and it had to be ordered. When I brought it up to the cashier, he said it was because they have it in store their inventory but not at the store? Huh?? After doing more digging I saw there was a "Terms and conditions" asterisk in fine print you have to click on to find out this information. All I saw was the green check mark that says "In stock and ready for pick up in 4 hours." Any other place I have ever been to- this would mean it would be in stock at the store. When I brought up, calmly, that this was confusing and they should fix it because I drove two hours to get to the store. The cashier said nothing. Not a "Aw geez, I'm sorry. I can understand your frustration and why that's confusing." I'm a reasonable person. I've worked in customer service all my life. The demeanor of the cashier alone has put me off from ever visiting this store again or recommending it. We went to Uppababy a few blocks down and they were SOOO kind that it completely made my day. All I needed was some kindness. To the owners of the Pump Station- the people using your website are most likely VERY tired moms. I personally am getting 3-4 hours of sleep a day. Tired moms need clear signage if something is in stock or not. Time is precious in this season of life. We also need KINDNESS. My body is broken and recovering from giving birth. I am exhausted! I would expect a place who sells baby items to understand this. Overall, would never recommend this place and will tell everyone I know that it was an awful experience.
