Well needless to say, we will be on the hunt for a better spot- FOR SURE. Here's what our feedback was to the establishment since they asked, and I decided to share here in case it's helpful to anyone thinking about going here: "The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected of a professional wellness or spa environment. The walk between buildings felt awkward and disjointed, and the areas where services were provided were visibly unclean. This immediately detracted from the sense of calm and comfort that clients typically seek when booking spa services. The sauna instructions were overly complicated and nonintuitive. Rather than supporting a seamless, stress-free experience, the setup required unnecessary effort and attention at a time when guests should be able to arrive, decompress, and enjoy the service. One of the facials was particularly concerning. The provider fell out of her chair during the session, left the room for approximately 15 minutes within the allotted service time, and complained openly about missing supplies that had not been ordered. Her presentation and behavior appeared impaired or otherwise not fully attentive, which was alarming in a setting where professionalism, focus, and client safety are expected. There were also sanitation concerns. Gloves were not worn during the sessions- in particular extractions & close facial work, which raised hygiene and safety questions. Given the nature of skincare treatments and direct contact with facial areas, adherence to clear sanitation protocols is critical. Both facials were performed below expected standards. Product application felt careless rather than intentional for both clients. Creams were applied in a manner that resulted in product entering the nostril area for both clients. In one instance, the technician had to awkwardly clean the inside of a nostril during the service, which was unexpected and uncomfortable (and something never experienced prior). In the other facial, cream entered the nostril and remained there throughout the session, creating concern about inhalation; the client ultimately had to clean it out herself after the session. This experience was distracting and far from relaxing. Additionally, massage and sculpting techniques reflected a noticeable lack of refinement and training, particularly for clients accustomed to higher-quality services. Overall, the experience lacked attentiveness, professionalism, cleanliness, and the level of care expected in a premium setting."

With that said, they have quite the following and you WILL need to make an appointment ahead of time. I randomly came in on a whim after a friend told me that it was the best foot massage she had ever received--she's Asian and literally has been everywhere for all things massage so I got in the car first thing on a Saturday morning and headed straight there for their 10:00 AM door opening. The parking lot is small and was already filled! I was so surprised but walked in and was placed on a waiting list. Since they don't have much room inside, I waited in my car, and they came out to get me when it was my turn. I am SO GLAD I waited. It was intense yet calming. Harsh yet relaxing. Overall, I felt relieved. Since then, reflexology has been one of my favorite services to try out in different areas but honestly, Happy Feet is the BEST. In addition to foot reflexology, they also have hot stones and acupressure point massages for head and back. If you reeeealy like rough, they offer deep tissue too.

Powerful. Goo. That…read moreis what I felt upon ending my session with Brenda. Okay wait, let's start from the beginning. I'm all about relaxation and what not. I mean, who isn't? I have tried everything from the massage, facials, acupuncture....etc. etc. I have never tried foot reflexology, and honestly, I was slightly skeptical. I'm really weird about folk touching my feet. However, Brenda was HIGHLY recommended from a friend AND she was having a weekend special. Why not try it? Best, I leave uber relaxed, at worst, I wouldn't. Contact is made directly through her website, she responded to me rather quickly to set up my appointment. Services are done either at your home, or at a private location. If she comes to you, there is an additional fee, but after my experience, I understand why it is totally worth it. Brenda is uber trained and knowledgeable about her field. You can tell this by the way that she interacts with you and the absolute delight and pride that she takes in her work. Prior to your session, you discuss any issues that you may have, be it digestive, spiritual, emotional, etc.; your session can be customized to address these things. You saddown in the chair and then POW! That's all she wrote the pencil broke. Have you ever been so relaxed that you knew where you were, but your body/mind may have been someplace else? No? Confused? Exactly. Look, I know that I felt the massage, I heard the music, but my mind was GONE. I was in a complete state of relaxation. The things that I saw and felt emotionally are things that you wouldn't believe, and I wouldn't dare attempt to explain in this forum. But at it's conclusion, I felt at total and complete PEACE, more so than any other modality that I have tried, and folks that says a lot. After the session, you have a consultation to discuss what occurred and any recommendations that she may have. In addition she will follow up with you should you have additional question/concerns. Definitely something you should try, check her website for specials, and be prepared for a treat!

I have been seeing Brenda for about two years for reflexology. She's an expert. Each of my…read moretreatments has been unique and customized to whatever's going on with me emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I suspect Brenda has a strong compulsion to learn new things, as she introduces new treatments and modalities she has studied - not only is this just plain interesting, it also means never a dull moment in treatment. The zero-gravity chair she uses launches me into space and I'm either out or hyperpresent (sometimes even both). As a long-time massage therapist, I'm interested in how the feet are portals to the self. My work with Brenda has deepened my understanding of how they function in this way. I am particularly impressed with how sensitive Brenda is to shifts in energy and mood, and how thoughtful she is in discussing challenges which may seem unrelated to feet but show up through them. So, in short, life without "foot crack" would be depressing and bad! If you have any curiosity about this modality at all, or have ever wondered what it might like to be more relaxed than you've ever been in your life, drop everything and book an appointment.

I was intrigued to try the Lymphatic Sinus Detox so I scheduled one and anxiously awaited the day. First impressions: beautiful space. Light, colorful and good energy all around. Judy, the owner greeted me with a warm hug. She then escorted me to a room, pulled up a chair and we talked about everything you could imagine as it pertain to my body and my health. I sincerely appreciated that. So often companies are tethered to remain timely. I didn't feel that with Judy. She seemed genuine in her concern about me. She made some recommendations about what I should add to my diet, and different types of foods to consume, etc. I changed out of my clothes and the lights were lowered and the service begun with an easy to understand explanation of what would occur over the next hour or so. The lymphatic sinus detox was all of that! I kept my eyes closed during the entire treatment. She used all sorts of tools (none of which was anything but soothing) consisting of strokes and massages, stones and utensils....who know what?! But I can tell you this, it was magical! After the treatment, I felt like a younger version of myself. In fact, over the next few days I was even sleeping better! I'm not sure if the detox directly had anything to do with the but I'm claiming it! I feel better! She gave me warm salt water - yep, the RIGHT type of salt is good for the system and we continued to talk for a little bit more. The services were so good, I got a gift card for a friend, and a salt rock for myself. It's a different type of massage but one that I know anyone would love. I've referred so many people already!! The treatment ended the way in which it begun, with a smile and a hug. I loved it and will definitely return soon!

Honestly, I would come back here again because the pricing is cheap while still providing quality,…read morebut as my first massage experience I was a bit taken aback by a few details. The office itself is a bit confusing to get to, but thankfully the office texts with specific directions on how to get inside, and there is lots of signage to make sure you end up in the right place. Once inside, I had to wait about 10 minutes past my appointment time to be taken into the back. During this time one of the masseuses walked by carrying her dog, so that was a bit strange and made me question the sanitary conditions of the offices. Once walked back to my room, they told me to undress except for my underwear and lay on the table, then they left. The masseuse was knocking on the door 30 seconds later, so I felt a bit rushed and stressed, but she waited for confirmation to come in. She asked if I prefer medium or hard pressure, and I also let her know some areas I would like extra attention on. She made sure to focus on those areas and worked quickly for the 30 min massage. At some points she was up on the table straddling my head with her legs, which was weird. She also adjusted my underwear to be lower when she applied lotion to my back and didn't say anything beforehand, so it felt a bit uncomfortable because I didn't know what she was doing. In general it wasn't necessarily a bad experience, but there were some things that shocked me a bit. For the low price, I would still consider returning.

First time here, came for a couples massage. We were taken to a room, fully expected to speak with…read morethe therapists beforehand to discuss issues and where not to go. Just told to undress and the person left. Had to ask the people to wait before entering because not much time was given to undress. After that, the workers entered and immediately covered us completely and added covers over our heads. It was hard to breath and I became very hot. I let this go thinking this was how this place started, you know everyone is different. eventually the coverings were removed. When mine started with my neck and began my head I put my hand up and asked her not to massage my head and upper neck. She said ok. She didn't listen and I had to tell her several more times to stop. The neck/shoulder massage was extremely choppy with no rhythm. My head was bobbing from side to side. After turning over, I again said to not massage my neck, she said ok. She started and kept telling me to relax. I told her to stop bc it hurt and she failed to listen to me. After saying stop and shrugging my shoulders up, she finally stopped. She asked if she could massage my face and I said no, she took some towel or sheet or something and it whacked my arm. In hindsight, I should have stopped the massage all together for myself. My boyfriend said during his massage, it felt as though he was being beat-up the entire time and at one point felt the person kneeling on his back. Needless to say, this was my experience and not at all what I was expecting as so many people had positive things to say. I was very disappointed and will not be back. Tipping is also voluntarily, don't expect it!
