Cornerstone Concrete is Awesome! Every one of the guys were hard working, professional, focused,…read moreand skilled. Our driveway was a mess before they started and we had many challenges such as sloping, a low street height and low garage height, and drainage problems. These guys came in and took charge. Some of them worked from 7am to 9pm and battled some intense weather. They added details that were as surprising as they were well thought out such as raising our driveway entry about 6 feet back from the road so that the street would not drain into our drive, added our own storm sewer and piped it underground to drain off a hill, made the drive entry slope gradually along the sides so people can park along the side of the road with ease, ran conduit and wire for us, and they finished the entire drive in a gorgeous high-end double edge which you can see here in the pictures. They also did a super killer patio on our lake side break wall which was a huge undertaking and it's perfect! These guys are top notch and we could not be happier with all aspects of this job from price to finished product. Also the concrete supplier told me that they consider Cornerstone Concrete the best in the business. I believe!

Precision Tuck-pointing did an awesome job and was a great value! Not only did a terrific job, but…read more(other than the tuck-pointing) you wouldn't have known they were here! Job site was so clean after they were done, I was amazed. I had just re-stained my deck the day before and expected to see it covered in dust, but the deck was as clean after they finished as before they came. Kudos to the Precision team! I highly recommend them!

My boyfriend's family was looking for a tuckpointing service to fix a crack spanning the front of…read moretheir brick home and also some repair work on the front porch. We set out on a Google search and precision tuckpointing was one of the first companies to come up. I though we might as well check out a company who literally has tuckpointing in there name- they must be the experts, right? After going through photos online we felt this was the company for the job and we sent an inquiry. Responses were fast and an appointment was made quickly. When they came to the house his mom was told that they could absolutely tackle the crack but that the brick porch was not a job they felt comfortable taking on due to too many bricks that needed replaced. This may sound like a bad thing- but we sincerely appreciated the honesty. Especially during this time of COVID-19, many businesses need our patronage more than ever. Having a company who knows what they do well and what is beyond a service that can be provided at a high quality level is a company we want to work with. They were able to complete the job with the crack across the from of the house and if you had never seen a before you wouldn't even be able to tell that a repair was made. They were very happy with the results and it has taken a weight off of their shoulders to know that further damage has been avoided by making these repairs. Very happy with the service!

He takes money out of his employees checks without reason or an explanation refuses to give pay. He either barely does work and charges people for it or it's a half done job. Would never recommend for employment or to have any work done at your property. He charges for expensive materials but buys the cheapest materials. He over charges for everything including materials.

I had hired Masonry Restoration to perform tuck pointing work on an existing brick and mortar home…read morethat is approx. 50 years old which included a 10' x 10' concrete pad to be removed and replaced in my drive for a contracted price of $4,500.00. This started out when the owner had given me our agreed upon quote in March and stated that he would make me a priority to get the job completed. As of mid July the work had only been 1/3 complete on something that should have taken not longer than 5 full days. There was always an excuse by the owner to why he could not be there on a weekly basis. The work that was completed was sub-par at best. Areas that he said he was going to grind out where simply smeared over with mortar to cover the cracks to give it the appearance that is was a new joint to which then would be smeared on the brick always promising that he would acid wash the areas which never happened. I had paid him a total of $3,000.00 of the $4,500.00 which was a mistake at that time thinking he was going to come back and complete the job. After 3 weeks of more excuses he had stopped over to pick up all of his equipment when we were not home and was never going to contact me again. After pressuring him to why he is not there completing the work he stated that this work is tedious and has taken much longer than anticipated (he was on site 4 times for no longer than 3 hours at a time) and will not finish the remaining work as quoted which is now a breach of contract. In my opinion the owner has a lack of morals, work ethic and has now stole money from me by cashing checks and not completing the contracted work. Beware - As this company scams people! Please read all of the negative comments on him and his company by searching the company name and do your research before hiring any company. It would have helped me in this case!

That…read morebusiness fixed the problem of water coming into our house but did nothing about our cracked basement wall, which only got worse over time to the point where the wall was in danger of collapsing. Despite the seriousness of that wall's condition, one or two other companies recommended wall anchor systems, which Brandon recognized would be insufficient to hold back a concrete block wall as deteriorated as ours. He also noted the insulation put around the base of our house by the previous company was meant for indoor use. We did make attempts to contact the company that did the original work, but it was murder trying to get them to respond. They finally did, but by that point we'd decided to go with Hart, even though the other company would've been less expensive. We just didn't trust that first company anymore. I'm glad we chose Hart because they did an excellent job. Brandon was very professional, letting us know what was involved each step of the way. They worked hard and fast and we finally have a great solid basement wall. I'd recommend Hart in an instant to anyone who needs waterproofing and foundation repair.

We recently had Hart Masonry and Waterproofing replace our foundation and waterproof the basement…read more The entire process was easy and Brandon and his crew were phenomenal! We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise. They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Hart Masonry and Waterproofing to anyone that has basement structural or water issues.
