Today I enjoyed the Pita Puffs with lemon chicken and snagged the fried zucchini sticks. Both were really good. Great Greek flavor. The staff was very friendly. Food came out timely.

Food is made in front of you at an assembly line so you can yea/nay the toppings. The vegetables and spices tasted fresh and vibrant. I had the original Bowl with gyro meat. I would try the lemon chicken next time because the gyro meat wasn't remarkable and was outshone by all the other flavors added to the bowl. They also have multiple sauce options which I'm curious to try next time since I'm very familiar with taiziki sauce. Baklava was good.

When you find a place that does Greek food right, you grab it and you don't let it go. Santorini's is one of the few Greek restaurants I've eaten at where the food isn't overly saturated in oils, or too spicy, or even too bland... but rather a beautiful balance of the three depending on what you order here. Regardless, you'll eat fresh. The Santorini gyro is noticeable for the size (it's held together by a string, if that's any indicator) and the tzatziki sauce isn't the kind of off texture or off-tanginess I've gotten used to. It's nothing short of lovely, and my mom (who is NOT a tzatziki sauce person) wolfed it down. The skhug is delicious for those of us that love green sauces made with green spices and peppers but don't want the excessive heat. There was no burn. Now the Calabrian chili sauce is different; My experience was it was definitely notches above the skhug but not enough to punish you in the bathroom later. ;) The garlic fries are very good, mixed with fresh minced garlic and lots of feta cheese, it's creamy and delicious. The street fries were probably my favorite out of the offerings so far; sweet potatoes, mixed with regular potatoes, topped with feta cheese, Kalamata olives, seasoned corn nibblets, I asked to have the onions and pepperoncini removed, with the aioli on the side. Very very delicious. The tractor drinks are light, organic and genuinely refreshing beverage options to go for. The Clementine and the lemonade are both bomb, but the strawberry dragonfruit is next on my hit list!! Give this place a shot! It's worth your drachma. ;)

The food at Santorini's is Greek inspired with a creative and delicious twist. The Santorini's style gyro is an improvement on a traditional gyro, if that's even possible. The puffy pitas are like Greek/Mexican fusion tacos. The butter cake is melt-in-your mouth good. The garlic fries are aptly named, so be careful if you're a fence sitter on garlic. From the first time we tried Santorini's, we were already planning who we'd bring along the next time.

tbh really good portions! I love greek food so this was a great place. service was good. I made my own bowl with beef, tumeric rice, and the spicier sauce. alot of open seats and tables. staff was helpful. I would come back!

Very good! We've been twice now and love the food. The puffy pitas are delicious and the fries are so crispy and good! My kids love the Olympian nuggets and this time we tried the loukoumades. Absolutely delicious! We have a list of other things we want to try next time we come. The decor is super cute! They've done a good job of giving you the Santorini feel with the blue and white with the arches. They could be a little faster. I know that this food is prepared as you order, but both times we've been in, we've had a bit of a wait. I know it's a newer place so I'm sure as they get more of a feel of how many people come when, things will run a bit smoother!

What an incredible spot! Ordered the traditional style bowl and it had so much flavor! Their hummus was very good and their chicken was so juicy and full of flavors. Got the traditional with their lemon rice, lemon chicken, Greek slow, onions, cucumbers and hummus and all the ingredients were so fresh and so good. Definitely will come back. Especially if I'm looking for a healthier styled Greek dish! We also got their hummus and hummus, the pita was very fluffy and the hummus had almost a full flavoring to it. We ended the night with the loukoumades, which is almost like a donut. And wow they were incredible! Had some powdered sugar and then some type of syrup/honey on

What an excellent dinner! The location is great and is going to do so well at this Riverton location. The restaurant was spacious and clean. I ordered a build your own bowl with the garlic herb chicken and it was delicious. I also topped it with several of the menu items and they created a perfect combination. I did order the hummus and pita side which was good but not as good as the main course. I also was able to try one of the desserts which was incredible! I love that there is a wide variety of Mediterranean food here so you can choose to be healthy, indulge, or somewhere in the middle. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes!

One word! Amazing! Loved what we ordered! The puff pitas was so good!! The deep fried pitas were so yummy and unique! And the new beef melt is delicious!! Topped it off with their butter cakes! WOW so good! The employees were very helpful on what to order cause it was our first time! They nailed it! Everything was perfection! I really love the restaurants style and design! Definitely our new favorite Greek hot spot!
