This was my first time getting any type of PMU and it's really one of those things where you just had to trust the process. My brows faded pretty badly after my first appointment, and when I did my touch up, I thought the pigment wouldn't stay again but I was wrong and the pigments slowly reappeared after around a month! I waited 4 months to get this appointment (I can only make it to the 5pm appointments because of work and hence the longer wait time) and it was absolutely worth it! She has really strict rules with the aftercare (can't wash hair for a week and can't let steam or water get onto the face) but your brows will turn out great as long as you follow them! Hopefully they will last long! Will definitely come back for my future touch ups!

The place is clean and comfortable--which is perfect because the amount of time needed to get that perfect brow, you'll want a comfy place to sink into since you be here for at least an hour. From the early times of plotting my brow design to the different hues of my refresher, she is as detail oriented regardless of what stage you are at with your eyebrows. Her recommendations match your skin texture and your undertones. I wanted something that was dark, but now "wow you have new eyebrows" and not something that can fade into blue or purple over the years. So we started off light and the next time around we went a shade darker. I think best of all, she went over aftercare and how to maintain the shape of my brows -- I am no longer plucking or waxing my brows and now use a shaver and I'm never looking back.

She is strict and very detail oriented and honestly a little no nonsense but it is for a reason. She does not cut corners and her work is so precise. The results speak for themselves. She really does perform miracles. What I respect most is that she holds her clients accountable too. PMU is an investment and she makes it clear that it is our responsibility to take care of that investment by following her protocol. If you listen to her you will get the best possible results. If you don't and you do things like smoke, peel off your skin, etc, it will show and that's 100% on you. So protect your investment! There is a reason I will not trust anyone else. I loved the results and they lasted me quite awhile without a touch up. I went to her again recently and she still remembered what we talked about more than three years before! Annie is incredibly skilled at what she does and makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Her shop is small but cozy. This time around, I especially appreciated the foot rest which helps keep you comfortable during the entire session. The microblading takes about an hour. First, you undergo two rounds of numbing, one for twenty minutes and one for ten minutes. Annie then stencils your eyebrows and lets you take a look to confirm they are the shape and style you want. The actual tattooing is a bit uncomfortable and you can feel the small etchings on your face but definitely not painful. If you're like me and don't have the skill or patience to create your perfect brow every day, microblading is completely worth it.

Annie did a fantastic job on my sister's eyebrows so I was comfortable- but still a little anxious. I needn't have been, she went over everything in detail, did a stencil of the shape, reviewed colors and then did the most beautiful, natural job ever. I've had many people remark that they're the best they've ever seen, including aestheticians and medi-spa practitioners who've seen ALOT of microblading. I was so thrilled I had her refresh my permanent eyeliner, which I'd done 20 years before and was looking a bit sad - I had been afraid to get it touched up since the tattoo artist who originally did it retired. Not only did Annie refresh it, she made it much, much better! Annie is a true artist and an all-around joy to deal with; I'm so grateful for her and her beautiful work!

A whole session with zero pigment left... Something in her process (or her ink) is not up to par and/or not done properly - so I can no longer recommend this business to anyone. Side note - Charity claims in some online reviews responses that her unsatisfied clients harass her, so I was not comfortable communicating any unhappiness nor scheduling any follow-up session.
