Fast forward to a few short weeks, my beautiful green sofa was delivered and I fell in love with it. They didn't require a deposit. The chairs look SPECTACULAR. The craftsperson removed some tufting, created new seat pillows and a denser cushion as well as new springs in the seat. My only complaint is that they never called me with the estimate and it ended up being more than I expected by about 30%. But, in a Safavieh catalog the chairs would have been much more in a lesser fabric, so I'm happy.

Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day.
