I was hesitant at first because of (1) a few reviews I saw and (2) fabric replacement is paid up front - but then I called 3 of their references and they absolutely loved them. Everyone emphasized and appreciated that they're a small, local family business. This was true because I had great text and email conversations with Paula who was very helpful. I did my own measurements and picked fabric from an online catalog that they sent me. I trusted them and paid up front so that they could order the fabric. I received a phone call about a day later confirming and fine tuning the details. They estimated 4 weeks turnaround to get the fabric but considering the craziness happening right now set the expectation that it could be longer - but sure enough 4 weeks later I got a text and they installed 2 days later. It took them 45 minutes to do the work and it looks great. Right in time for hot weather. Thank you Paula and team!

He also demanded payment in full, prior to ordering. His wife called me two days prior to what he claimed was a factory price increase and instructed me to ZELLE funds to his account. I did so, but ZELLE would not do an immediate transfer (two days). The bank provided him with legitimate confirmation of payment codes for proof of payment. He refused to accept them. At the end of our telephone conversation, he began to swear at me profusely and wanted a 100% money wire to cover payment. In the end, his poor behavior showed his true colors as a shady business man.

My awning got stuck open in a storm and it appeared to have bent. One side was much lower than the other. First, Eric gave me a bunch of advice over the phone to try to fix it. When that didn't work, despite how busy he was with other repairs, he came by and was able to adjust the awning and fix the problem in five minutes. Although from the outside it appears to be small there is a really good selection of all major brands of type of window treatments you can get. The prices are reasonable and I've found this to be the most affordable compared to other stores and not many offer to come out to measure and install. The employees were helpful through the entire process from picking out colors and styles and had great suggestions for motorized blinds systems which I needed due to the height of my windows. My Hunter Douglas came in faster than we even expected and we quickly scheduled the install. In less then 2 weeks my bare windows were transformed with a beautiful motorized shutter style blinds.
