All the staff I have dealt with has been very friendly and always helpful. On matters that the staff couldn't help me with straight away (such as the opening of savings account) I was made an appointment to come back another day at a time that suited me. It was nice to see a bank that still seemed to care about its customers and give them the best deals possible. Obviously I don't simply rely on their advice as at the end of the day they are a business and want you to buy their products. But when I have decided that their product is the best on the market through my own research, then I come to them and have not been disappointed with their customer service thus far.

There are 3 cashier desks but have never seen more than one being occupied at a time, and one machine for depositing money. There are very rarely any staff around to answer a quick question, so you have to queue. The queue is normally huge, especially during lunch, and will stretch to the door. Once you do get to the cashier they are normally friendly enough. The only problem usually is getting there in the first place. They could do with at least using the cashier points that they have when it is busy to clear the queue. I recommend if you are able to use another branch, then do so.
