I absolutely hate this branch, which is next to kfc towards the north of town. It's tiny compared to the current branch i use for uni. There are 3 cashier desks but have never seen more than one being occupied at a time, and one machine for depositing money. There are very rarely any staff around to answer a quick question, so you have to queue. The queue is normally huge, especially during lunch, and will stretch to the door. Once you do get to the cashier they are normally friendly enough. The only problem usually is getting there in the first place. They could do with at least using the cashier points that they have when it is busy to clear the queue.
I recommend if you are able to use another branch, then do so. read more
