Ok so I don't really have much choice in going every now and then as this is my local branch, but the customer service in this branch can leave you more than a little hot under the collar. The staff seem slow and lazy, and at it's busiest times they open the fewest counters, despite the fact that the additional cashiers are chatting and laughing behind the scenes..obviously not doing anything when they could be serving you when the queue is out the door! Once I asked to see a financial advisor so we could ask advice about mortgagesonly to be told to go away and find a place we liked first and then come back.what?? How would we know what was in our price range without speaking to someone first? Also a few of the cashiers speak very poor English which is something that really rustles my feathers Rant over.if you can go to another branch! read more
