Oh! My! Gosh! How cute is this vintage Route 66 Motel?! Seriously.. driving by, you may question…read moreit, but I never did! The outside is painted nice, great parking lot, cute little motel office and gift shop. We were able to stay here for under $80 a night during the summer! What?! I will take this over a fancy hotel any day! You aren't a far drive from Santa Fe's historic downtown area either. Each room is decorated differently and uniquely! Even down to the quilts and bedding. I love that each room is different! Definitely a unique style. They king bed rooms offer a fridge and microwave. The rooms are clean, inviting, and cozy. They have a continental breakfast, which they then open a back room and a patio to sit at and enjoy your breakfast. Plenty of things to choose from, from fresh fruit, bagels, toast, boiled eggs, cereal, juice and coffee. The front desk staff was so welcoming and friendly and gave great suggestions for near by restaurants and attractions. If you're along the back, open your bathroom window for a surprise set up of vintage vehicles! And go shopping in the camper during breakfast on the back patio!!

If you want to be stolen from and harassed in the middle of your wedding this is the place to be!…read moreExtremely disrespectful how the bar manager handled some things. In the middle of our wedding, he told my coordinator that if we did not move our Photo Booth that he was going to have to get his Volkswagen van out of the venue which to do so that would involve us having to move tables, chairs, decorations and my guests out of his way. He was being very rude about it because we set up our Photo Booth in front of his van and then he said we owed him $100 to use his van as a prop, because we told him there no way we could move his van without disturbing my entire wedding. We were never once told this and if this was an issue, he should've moved the van out of the venue prior to our wedding being set up and STARTED! It was very rude. And then well in the middle of my wedding, my guess were being told they needed to move their cars. My aunt and uncle are very disabled and they were told they had to go park down the road at big five because they were parked in someone's parking spot, but it clearly was a disabled parking. Right before me and my husbands first dance I was told that I needed to move my vehicle, apparently it was parked in "the owners spot" I have been parked there since the night before and hadn't been told anything. There was NO SIGN that said owners parking.. and to wait till literally the MIDDLE OF MY WEDDING to ask me to move it is crazy. All of this could have been told to me prior to the wedding, it didn't even start till 3pm in the afternoon. At any point prior, I could've been told to move my vehicle, but I am a guest at the hotel so I don't know what the problem is. And Tob could've moved his van anytime he wished, but he waited. The next morning @8am my husband and family woke up to clean venue and pack up decor. We then realized $400 of my decor was stolen. This has left me distraught. I have repeatedly ask to see there cameras, and no one will respond to me. I let them know that if my property could not be recovered will have to file a police report with Santa Fe police for my property being stolen. In response they were extremely passive aggressive and said I was "bold" for accusing them of taking my property and that they would be "thrilled" to help me find it if it was in there property. I'm attached photos of my stuff stolen. When we arrived then morning all the pampas grass was taken from my arches and vases with pampas in it. I sent hours putting this together and about $400 on this decor and for this to be take on a day that is supposed to be so special is just disgusting and unprofessional. Not to mention they catered the food it was gross and the beds are hard as a rock. I'm also not saying the venue itself stole my decor but the staff themselves.. just seeing how Todd the bar manager behaved shows me the establishment does not mind disrespecting people. The place is gorgeous, but not worth this headache. The pictures are of the property I haven't been able to recover. (ALL OF MY PAMPAS GRASS) and emails.

After a long day of travel from Arizona, we had arrived in Santa Fe. Coyote South was our…read moreaccommodation for the night. Front staff was readily available for check-in. Our room was on the first floor. Two queen beds. There was some wear-and-tear for sure but nothing that prevented us from getting a good night's rest. If anything, I rather enjoyed the decor that was in the room - that characteristic Southwestern style with Native American Pueblo flair. Only complaint was that there was a lack of either the shampoo or body wash. In the morning, we went up to the second floor to the breakfast area. Although the area itself was a bit small, there was quite a nice breakfast. It wasn't the biggest variety nor the best breakfast food. However, it was quality. Specifically, breakfast burritos that featured green chile. Furthermore, they're made right in front of you. I feel that you rarely get that in a motel. Along with burritos, there were the basic breakfast staples, such as pastries and yogurt. We checked out without issue. Would definitely recommed this stay.

This place worked really perfectly for us for our weekend trip to Meow Wolf. We got a pretty…read morespectacular rate, with parking and their breakfast burritos included! Their water was easily accessible at the front. I like the decor here and the staff were all really friendly. I think the only downside is the sound proofing is quite poor here. We kept getting woken up by people walking down the hallway and hearing folks talking by their doors. That did not make for a good night's sleep. I'm somewhere between recommending this place to a friend and not saying anything at all. I think if you know what you are in for and don't mind the noise or that their rooms are not the most update to date/modern, it works!

The desk clerk made me very comfortable with waters and cookies and candies. Room was large and clean and well appointed. Very quiet. Had dinner in bistro and it was good. Definitely not the Marriott experience that I have had around the country…read more I am a Bonvoy member. I booked a King Suite - ADA with Breakfast package. When we arrived I wanted to clarify that we had a King Suite - ADA and was told no. I was asked if I booked through Marriott or a 3rd party. I expressed it was through Marriott. It should have been obvious since they had my information and membership number. After standing there for over 5 minutes, assuming the women at the desk was new, a gentleman stepped in and said they had a queen suite which was pretty much the same and less expensive. The room is not the same. There was no kitchenette, nor a high back chair which was shown when I booked the room. The front room of the suite which includes a sofa bed has no air conditioning. With warm temperatures outside, not the best night of sleep. The room was clean, limited amenities, but that was the only positive. The next morning, I asked the front desk about the breakfast package and they directed to the Bistro. We ordered two breakfasts, a coffee and tea. Don't claim to be Starbucks, if you don't serve the same tea as all the other ones. The young lady in the Bistro was great. We ate our breakfast, which was ok, but no need to complain about it since it was included. Or so we thought. I received the bill the next day, still charged the same amount for a king suite, and I was charged for two breakfasts. I called the hotel and the gentleman I spoke to kindly removed the food charges. I mentioned I was still charged the same and was told the GM can give me more points. I'm not calling about getting points. When I asked why I didn't get the room I booked, I was told it depends on your tier with Bonvoy. First time I have ever been told that. Truly one of the worst experiences, all pointing to customer service. Look at the reviews. I wish I had before booking.

It was absolutely worth it. Drivers are polite, courteous, and helpful. My only suggestion would be that while it's fantastic to make conversation and engage with passengers, it's even more important that drivers keep their eyes on the road (and the van in the lane) at all times. I took Roadrunner both out of ABQ and on my return trip to ABQ and would use them again.

My husband gave him the physical address of the hotel we were staying at, but he drove in the opposite direction downtown and then claimed he had another fare, and since he did us a favor by driving us without a reservation, he was dropping us off MILES from our hotel and that he'd come back 30 minutes later to get us! He claimed that "every hotel in Santa Fe is the Santa Fe something-or-other" and that we told him the WRONG HOTEL. WE DID NOT! We booked an Uber out here for our return trip for $19 TOTAL.
