I've gone to another paint and body place to see if they knew what it was, and they said some sort of chemical compound has stripped the top layer of the protective coating of the paint. Whatever it is, there's weird marks on the windows as well. It almost melted part of it. I don't even know how that's possible but whatever material they got on the side of the car and windows won't come off and can't be buffed out as I've tried everything now I have to go out of pocket to go to professional paint and body place and have this resolved.

Top Gun has taken no responsibility, doesn't return phone calls, and can't keep their story straight regarding what went wrong, when I am able to reach them. Will was very upfront with me that this would not be my cheapest option but would be the best work in the area. Even after I admitted that I was looking for competitive quotes, something that I wouldn't find there, he took the time to explain exactly why the small damage on my car was so costly. He explained the sensors to me and even took a look at my quotes from other places to explain the breakdown to me in detail. Will didn't want me to go somewhere "cheap" and end up with the safety of my vehicle compromised. I have 4 young daughters, so this truly meant the world to me. He could have used the opportunity to belittle me for how ignorant I was about car repairs, he could have been untruthful and taken advantage of the situation. But he didn't, he gave me the information I needed to make a hard decision with safety as the priority, and he was beyond nice while doing so. This is definitely the spot to take your vehicle if going through your insurance, but for minor "out of pocket" repairs, this isn't it.
