My vehicle ended up at this body shop due to a very careless accident caused by an employee at a local car wash. My experience with the car wash was horrendous, but my experience at this body shop was WONDERFUL! Not only did they fix the severe damage caused by the car wash in such a way that it all looks like new, the people there, like Pedro at the front desk, were so nice to work with. Their workmanship is outstanding! I highly recommend this body shop! read more

The woman on the phone was super rude and hostile as soon as she picked up the phone. All I did was politely say "Hi" and wanted to ask questions about the services. She was so mean and flippant, honestly kinda shocking. Glad I went with a different place for vehicle repair. Yikes! Hope she doesn't treat other random people in the same way. I'd recommend therapy for her anger problems. read more

If you want to pay top dollar & be treated like you're at the DMV with customer service this is your spot.

I brought my car in 2 weeks ago after , I ran into a deer. I wondered what was going on, so I stopped by yesterday to check . My car was inside the shop , partly taken apart. I called State Farm and I was told that Ismael had not turned in an estimate. I have now contacted Menas and have told them they need to get the work done . perhaps he does not have the employees to do the work . I do not know but really 2 weeks ? I also looked at the reviews more carefully . He got 5 stars but they were from 2019 & 2020. I don't know what is going on read more

Mena's does exceptional work, and they have a professional and friendly staff that is knowledgeable in their craft. Ismael thoroughly explains the work that's needed so the customer leaves with an understanding of how the repair will be made. Dolores is professional, courteous, and prompt in returning calls. Overall this place provides the customer with a positive experience to an otherwise unfortunate situation of dealing with a wrecked vehicle. I highly recommend!!! read more

Mena's Coachworks is the absolute best body shop in Santa Fe. Specializing in luxury and exotic automobiles. Should you unfortunately need Mena's services, you can be assured that you will be beyond pleased with the end results. I brought in my Corvette and when I picked it up it looked brand new! It is also important to note that they worked with my insurance company very closely. Everything was taken care of with no stress for me. They are quite popular, hence busy. However the end results are well worth the wait. The professional staff, five year warranty on their work, and the final results will make Mena's Coachworks the only auto body shop for me. Thank you Mena's. I couldn't be more satisfied. read more

Our brand new Honda Accord was caught in a freak hailstorm on the way to Santa fe and suffered around 30-40 hail dings. One name kept coming up over and over as the best place to take it for repair and that name was Mena's Coachworks. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of the repair from Mena's. They are quick to respond to phone calls and emails. They are quick to respond to the insurance people. Most importantly they do the repair job right the first time with the utmost care. Everything was handled professionally. They really care about their work and you the customer. I would not hesitate to go back again should we ever need any other auto body repair. read more

I recommend Menas Coachworks to anyone who needs body work done to their vehicle!!! I went to another shop called Leo's auto body shop and they screwed up the paint very badly it looked a completely different color of red than the rest of my car. But, Tony at Menas Coachworks fixed it! He not only did an amazing job but he went over and beyond by also fixing other things that were broken! read more

This body shop is hands down best in Santa Fe, very thorough work down to every last clip on the vehicle. When I totaled my Honda this is the shop I used to help with the estimate of the vehicle. Patience is key good work takes time, if you are expecting a rush job this is the wrong shop they take pride in the work they put out. I then again used this body shop when someone hit my 2016 Toyota 4Runner and just left. (Uninsured motorist) I had to replace my entire back bumper and the bottom corner was dented and paint was chipping off, they did an amazing job color matching the paint and respraying the back end of the vehicle. Can't tell anything ever happened. Also very nice staff and very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality work especially if you are going through insurance there is no better shop. read more

Excellent body shop with meticulous techs They completed the restoration on our 1960 VW bug with complete detail to all areas. The staff and the owner went out of their way to make sure we received the color and finish we wanted. Couldn't be happier with the result and their service! The place to go when you want a historic vehicle made better than new. read more

Absolutely the best body shop around! I commute a lot for work and have had my share of fender benders and road kills, so have had my vehicles in multiple shops in NM and CO. I recently moved back to SF and already experienced another damaged bumper on my BMW X1. I took it to Menas where they specialize in imports and high end autos and glad I did as the work they did was exceptional along with great customer service. They even meet me after hours on Saturday to pick up my vehicle to accommodate my schedule. And they also detailed it for me free of charge! read more

What a great job they did with my fender bender damage! And while the car was there, i decided to get the hood, trunk and front repainted from all the sun damage. They did it for a very very reasonable price and did a wonderful job. The car looks like new..... and it is 16 years old! I would recommend Mena's to everyone! Thank you! read more
