I've tried everything to remove this. I've gone to another paint and body place to see if they knew what it was, and they said some sort of chemical compound has stripped the top layer of the protective coating of the paint. Whatever it is, there's weird marks on the windows as well. It almost melted part of it. I don't even know how that's possible but whatever material they got on the side of the car and windows won't come off and can't be buffed out as I've tried everything now I have to go out of pocket to go to professional paint and body place and have this resolved.

They repaired the radiator incorrectly which damaged the engine. Engine was totaled and new mechanic advised against the replacement. Essentially they totaled my car and because the engine damage was not caused by the deer, insurance will not pay for the lost car, though did pay Top Gun at the very start $17000 for a crappy/ incompetent repair job. Top Gun has taken no responsibility, doesn't return phone calls, and can't keep their story straight regarding what went wrong, when I am able to reach them. Looks like I will have to sue to recover the cost of the car. No matter, huge lost of money and time. They have no business being in business.

Recently they did some brake work and gave me a list of things to fix &/or watch. There was one item, in particular, a leak in front axle, that needed repair (replacement). I decided to shop around. I called 2 other shops that I've used and are in town. This shop not only beat the price of the other 2 by over $100, they TRIPLED the warranty on the work! I've never been surprised by a bill. They tell me up front how much it will be and if they find something extra during the work, they call and discuss with me before they do anything. He looked over the list of "issues" and said none were bad enough to fix right now and we'd watch them. When I take it in for oil changes, they'll monitor them. And, on top of that, I've never seen SUCH NICE STAFF at a garage. Everyone I've worked with was smiling and friendly and EASY to work with. Working with them going forward is a no-brainer. When I brought the vehicle to Crash Champions, they initially estimated the repair would take about 30 days, with an available slot approximately four months out; in to 2025. While I was disappointed with the delay, I was willing to wait since they had recently repaired my son's truck (which had been involved in a hit-and-run), and my vehicle remained drivable with functioning doors. To my surprise and satisfaction, they completed the work in just 20 days -- including weekends (April 2025). The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, and I was extremely pleased with the results. There was a minor follow-up issue: the rear door was rubbing slightly. I called and spoke with Rosemary, who was both helpful and informed -- she immediately recognized who I was and understood the work that had been done. She invited me to come by, and their technician resolved the issue on the spot in about 20 minutes. Throughout the process, everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive.
