(5 stars to Dr. Reid) Fast forward to March 2026 and I receive a bill for a balance due. Not a problem as this happens. I sent a check dated 04/01/26 to the address on the invoice. My check hadn't been cashed. I called, left messages with the billing office to inquire about my Check - no call backs at all. I even visited the office on 04/22 and was promised they would give me a call back after speaking with the billing office. Today is 05/12 and again NOTHING from the front office. Dr. Reid needs to make front office personnel changes or patients may look elsewhere for services. She performs too excellent work to have a front office staff of this sort. Reading a previous reviewer's comments about the lackadaisical response from the office staff when she was in pain and could not reach them - I believe her! If it weren't for Dr. Reid's outstanding abilities, I would have given a one star review.

He replied inside of a couple hours, thankfully, since I had clients meetings Saturday afternoon AND Sunday and preferred NOT to look like a SnagglePuss. Everyone sorta loves their dentist and thinks their guy is the best....I get it. Dental reviews can be as subjective as fragrance reviews and microwave reviews on Amazon. I know this much: My previous dentist didn't maintain Saturday hours and likely wouldn't have returned my **urgent** request until Tuesday (given Monday is a holiday). I then wouldn't have gotten an appointment from his "super busy" practice until sometime later in the week, maybe. PLUS, he nickle & dimed me everytime he touched my mouth. If you make an appointment for 11AM--it doesn't matter because you're working to Dr. Nejat's schedule. 11AM could be 1130AM or noon, it all depends. This may be your ideal dentist if you have nothing else to do with your day. Remember, the office actually sets the time and date of your appointment; your sole input is to agree or not. If you're a first time patient of Dr. Nejat's, it will be stressed that you must show up 15 minutes before your appointment. This is on the website and appointment confirmation notifications. This is done, presumably, so they can get your personal and insurance info. Pro tip: it doesn't matter. I had downloaded the new patient forms from the website and had them completed prior to arriving 20 minutes early for my first appointment. They didn't even ask to see them until about 10 minutes after my appointment should have started. My first visit was to be a routine checkup and cleaning. If you're like me, your dental insurance covers two of these per year. Dr. Nejat has other ideas. For what remains an unclear reason to me, she was unable to provide the routine cleaning during my appointment. When I asked Dr. Nejat why this was, she gave a very confusing answer about my being a new patient and needing to give me a checkup before determining whether I needed a "deep" cleaning or not. Bottomline: not getting the cleaning that day and would have to schedule another appointment for routine cleaning. Coming back for the cleaning, I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes before I decided I could do better. You can too.

She explains what's going on with your mouth, teeth and gums, she recommends options based on your insurance and what you can afford and when. Her staff is great; friendly, kind and professional. The level of care she and her staff gives is more than any other dentist I've ever gone to. She has modern equipment and techniques. You can schedule over the phone or through their on-line system. All in all, when I or any of my family members go to see her, I know we're in great hands.

This was my first dental visit in years and I know that my teeth aren't good. I have lots of cavities and probably need root canals. He stated that "I had alot of cavities, BIG cavites and that I needed to do better taking care of my mouth." That I was, "too young to have a mouth like this." He then said I needed a root canal for my broken molar and asked if I wanted to do that today.
