The office staff is very good. The problem is the owners. Each of the two dentists I had seen left the practice and each time, the owners instructed all the staff to NOT tell patients they were leaving. I found out when I was sitting in the chair at my next appointment and was told I would be seeing a dentist I'd never met. After the second time, I switched to a different practice. I have had doctors and dentists retire or move and they or the practice always informed me. I found the secrecy to be very disrespectful. I should have been told so I could then decide which other dentist I wanted to see (like the one I had seen on other occasions when my regular dentist was on leave).

The dentist didn't even look at my teeth, just took a quick glance at the x ray and said I had a cavity and needed either a filling or a root canal. I was quoted over $3,500 for the root canal. I got a second opinion because it was odd to me that all the patients being seen at the same time as me were leaving with "root canals". I went elsewhere and they didn't find any cavities and addressed the pain I was feeling was actually my gums. Please save your money and go else where. I had a friend in dental billing review the initial root canal estimate and I was told they were upcharging tf outta me and adding extra codes that were not needed or accepted by most insurances & it ended up not even being a cavity. To think they were going to drilll a completely healthy tooth is beyond unbelievable. Advocate for yourself and get a second opinion when things don't feel or seem right. I will never return to this butcher shop.

A modern and warm office, I was immediately greeted by the receptionist. I was checked in quickly and waited only a few minutes before being greeted by my hygienist. Carla was warm and friendly and did a great job through my routine cleaning of being personable and making my experience comfortable. The facility is brand new and it shows, having TV game shows on while my teeth were being cleaned and worked on. Dr. Lee came in a little bit later and also provided a similar warm and comfortable dental experience. I'm usually indifferent about going to the dentist having both positive and negative experiences in the past. This was definitely one the better ones where I felt informed, engaged, and allowed a good discussion about any issues I've had.
