One dentist redid a bonding but it looked so terrible I to go elsewhere to get it redone. The office management kept spamming me to make an appointment but then the only availability five months out. They also recently started pushing more unnecessary services, which is expected but still irritating. I will give them credit for not lying about having cavities, which has happened at other dental practices. It is hard to find a good dentist in this area and until a year ago I loved my experiences with this practice. But sadly this is no longer the case and I can't recommend this dental practice.

I got a second opinion because it was odd to me that all the patients being seen at the same time as me were leaving with "root canals". I went elsewhere and they didn't find any cavities and addressed the pain I was feeling was actually my gums. Please save your money and go else where. I had a friend in dental billing review the initial root canal estimate and I was told they were upcharging tf outta me and adding extra codes that were not needed or accepted by most insurances & it ended up not even being a cavity. To think they were going to drilll a completely healthy tooth is beyond unbelievable. Advocate for yourself and get a second opinion when things don't feel or seem right. I think I have an infection in all the molars they filled. After seeing so many bad reviews for this clinic, I'm going to file a formal complaint/lawsuit against them because I don't think they should be allowed to keep practicing if they don't know what they're doing. Once i returned i happened to be pregnant and had gotten a letter from my OB stating that the dental work was perfectly safe and actually recommended because of the risk of preterm labor leaving dental decay worsening. Despite the letter and my own concerns about the MANY cavities that need to be filled Dr. Jackson was rude and disrespectful to my situation, leaving me in a worse position than i came in. The hygienist and receptionist were nice and actually treat people well but Dr. Jackson is rude, arrogant and not taking any of the patients concerns into consideration. Edit: (additions) I was told that "you have many problems and have had these cavities for a long time now, waiting a couple more months won't hurt" Literally any simple google search and the ADA website states that dental work during pregnancy is not only safe, it is recommended and that pre formed cavities can, and will, get worse and can lead to preterm labor. Dr Jackson was rude and arrogant throughout the entire appointment. Prior to this i have had a couple other negative interactions with Dr. Jackson. He also messed up a few of my fillings, leading to staining on my front teeth and refused to take accountability, when other dentists have told me the work was sloppy and not done correctly which is why there is staining. I brush twice a day like i have been told and floss, some people just have bad teeth and need help. Dr. Jackson continues to judge and look down on his patients.

They sent me the forms in a document format that was very easy for me to fill out. When I came in my fears were immediately put at ease. Everyone there is friendly and gentle, they always tell me exactly what is going to happen when and they also have nice background music! After two years they remember what I like and don't like and always ask how my husband and I are doing when I come in. This was my first and will absolutely be my last appointment with Geoffrey Caligan…read more I made the appointment specifically to address my front teeth, which were chipped in a car accident. I had not addressed them sooner because the same accident resulted in a severe clavicle fracture requiring surgery, a plate, and six screws. After months of recovery, my teeth were next on my list. The appointment somehow turned into Caligan recommending extraction of two back molars that I have already been receiving treatment for elsewhere. He also told me I may need veneers for my front teeth, which I understand may be an appropriate treatment and was not the issue. The issue was how he responded when I explained that my teeth chipped in the accident. Caligan attributed the damage to grinding and told me he "wouldn't lie to insurance" by saying they chipped in the accident. I was stunned. I never asked him to lie, exaggerate an injury, or falsify anything. I simply told him what happened. If he believed grinding contributed to the damage, he could have explained that professionally. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was being accused of dishonesty. The appointment then became almost absurd. Caligan told me he was going to his office to put together pricing and treatment options. He left the room and never came back. I sat there waiting, still wearing the dental bib, until I eventually removed it myself and went to the front desk. I spoke with the receptionist because I was genuinely confused about whether my appointment was even over. I ultimately left without another word from Caligan. I never received the pricing comparisons he said he was preparing, any treatment information, or even a follow-up. Complete silence. What I DID receive was a bill in the mail for more than $140. I went in looking for help with teeth damaged following a serious car accident and left feeling accused of dishonesty and literally abandoned in the exam room. I still have none of the promised treatment or pricing information, but apparently there was no difficulty contacting me when it was time to send a bill. I will be getting a second opinion and will not return. The lack of professionalism, communication, compassion, and basic courtesy was astounding.
