My daughter was here and said it took him about 10 minutes. He charged $400! Once the wall and tile were complete he was to come back to install the actual faucets which we had bought. He didn't have all the supplies he needed and had to go to the "supply store". He came back with a Walmart bag. The time he actually put in was about an hour. He left our new faucets with gunk on them. Chris told me I'd have to clean that off. He left our new tub dirty and trash behind (gloves, paper towels and packaging materials). AND he said I owed him another $395. When I told him that was ridiculous. He said "I don't work for free". After many nasty texts including him threatening to come to my house and to collect the money the next day, my contractor convinced him to give back the $395. I was very grateful for my contractor!
