I've ordered from here before. Normally it's a good service. Last Friday I ordered via Just Eat. It always takes ages for me to receive the order if it's direct or via Just Eat. So I ordered at 18:50. Received order at 20:45. Driver said it's due to an accident on the route which was fair. The food was stored in the thermal box all food delivery drivers have. When I received the food it was no different to the frozen food in my freezer. The packaging was bad. There was gaps in the container clearly how the food went cold while it sat at the counter waiting to be collected by driver. Packaging is the restaurant's responsibility. When I phoned them up, they said it's cold outside so it's expected to have cold food and were very negligent and seemed to show no interest to resolve the issue. I spoke to a staff who claimed to be the manager and he was rude. Had no manners when speaking to a customer who is unhappy with the order. He refused to give a name. To think I paid £6.50 for delivery and service. I ordered from this restaurant a week prior and the food was warm then, and it was cold outside. So what's the excuse? read more
