All my questions were addressed quickly. Most importantly the service was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to understand my needs, explained all my options clearly and genuinely focused on finding the best coverage for my situation. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care for my family. They made the entire process stress-free, handled all the paperwork, and ensured I felt confident in my choices. It's rare to find this level of professionalism and customer service these days. Jorge even reaches out periodically to make sure our family coverage is still maintained and no changes need to be made to our policies. Very informative with all the recent changes in the industry. I highly recommend Jorge to anyone looking for reliable and personalized insurance support. Absolutely five stars! Thanks to their guidance, I ended up with excellent coverage maintained for over 15 years now.

Used to be amazing but ever since my first experience back in 2020 I've had to actively reach out…read moreto them to remind them that my renewals were coming up and asking them to shop rates. For my 2023 policies, my homeowners insurance carrier stopped offering policies in CA, and I was forced to switch over to another provider. I made the switch through Stone Creek but they never notified my mortgage lender of my new policy / carrier, so the lender thought I didn't have a policy and charged me for one of theirs. It took 6 months before I noticed and had to work with them to get a refund. My renewals for 2024 are actually coming up in less than 2 weeks and I have yet to receive any updates despite multiple attempted reach outs to my account manager (Robin). Ironically, I've been trying to get in contact with her for over a week (called and left a voicemail, left messages with two different receptionists) and it was only after I posted this review that I received an email from her. I shopped quotes with the same carriers directly, and am getting lower quoted rates, so at this point between the total radio silence and the higher cost of doing business with Stone Creek, I'm uncertain what SCIA's value add is. Ultimately, I ended up switching over to Jeff Wong out of Bencia and ended up saving $600 / year on my homeowners insurance alone with same carrier (Mercury). I swapped my Umbrella policy over as well, but kept my auto insurance as is as the carrier (Oregon Mutual) was still the best option.

But lately customer service is horrible. Sure, they respond quickly when you say you want to open a new policy for something. But have a question? Need other assistance? Just crickets. I think they had major turnover since the height of the pandemic and nobody seems to be local anymore. When I do talk with anyone, it's always a different person from out of state. Worse of all, when I sold a rental property and requested to cancel the policy, they cancelled the WRONG policy and I went almost 6 months with my home not being insured! I didn't realize it until much later of course because every single time I asked them to confirm my policies, they never responded. It's time to find a new broker. So sad because they used to be fantastic.

The process was straightforward, and he took the time to explain my options without any pressure. Around the same time, I received a notice from Safeco that they would no longer be offering my homeowners policy in California. I reached out to Rick, and within just a couple of days he had several replacement quotes ready. We reviewed the options together, selected the best fit, and finalized the new policy well before my previous coverage expired. Throughout both experiences, Rick was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on finding the right solution, not just selling a policy. It's rare to find someone who makes insurance this easy. I highly recommend Rick Fuchs and the team at Alive Insurance.

She told me what I needed to do to get insurance and the three companies that had an opportunity with since so few companies are creating new policies in California. I got a very reputable insurance carrier within weeks of my call to Leslie. I also was paying about the same as what I had been paying before with the company that gave me the DNR. You have to listen to the advice they give. You have to get the pictures taken and the inspections done. I jumped through hoops to answer the requests, but I went from being seriously concerned that I would have issues with my mortgage, to having better than expected insurance coverage with someone who could explain all the details to me.

I spoke with their office, and Darryl and his team blamed this on corporate. Blaming corporate showed a lack of accountability. Pure greed. Best wishes. I've never made a claim with you, and I paid you when you said the money was due for all these years, never paid a bill even a day past due. This corporate policy is possibly unjust. I really hope I am not understanding something correctly. I'm gonna go ask my apartment complex if they actually want the money on the due date stated in my lease each month. I'd hate to have to pay 6 months of rent up front as a punishment for paying them on time.
