    I'll tell you what, I couldn't be more impressed and more grateful after getting off a phone call…read more A phone call that I was EXTREMELY LUCKY this gentleman in particular even picked up. As the Saturday wore on and all three of the companies I called to get Homeowners Insurance with a Renter Property Insur Policy Packet quotes from ALL went to VM. I did my due diligence and made a short list of 4 companies to call, checking each name prior to calling 1) Proximity to the property/us 2) Better Bus Bureau rating 3) Yelp rating. The 4th and last phone call actually was one that made the list on all three counts! AND the owner of the company answered the phone himself at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. Rob Salvo of Mt. Diablo Insur answers! Instead of blowing smoke up my wazoo and gladly telling me he would love to take my business, he gave me the honest down and dirty. Telling me what was going on in the industry currently, THAT I SHOULD STAY PUT and here's why. Information that was 5,000 percent invaluable. In less than 15 minutes he, convinced me NOT to move my policy to another company and why, wait 6 months to revisit when the industry has likely ironed out these problems, be thankful my current provider has renewed us, and how to solve the LLC issue that was forcing me to change in the first place, not only THAT, but to call him back if I had trouble getting my current provider to add the LLC endorsement and he'd help me with that too!! Color me flabbergasted! All out of the graciousness and kindness of his heart. There was nothing in this phone call for him. And I will remember this for the rest of my life and tell 100 people to call Mt. Diablo Insurance because you will get honesty, fairness, loyalty and exceptional business. Thank you Rob Salvo. You made a believer out of me. You had better believe Mt. Diablo will be my first phone call in 6 months down the road.

I use the term "customer" liberally because she didn't do much but provide an over priced policy them bombard me with email marketing. On a daily basis I had a full inbox from her trying to sell me more insurance and other services. I can only imagine how high pressure she must be with you in her office. She emailed me dozens of times to tell me about the benefits of whole life insurance (oh yeah a product that is known to be a rip off for consumers and a commission gold mine for agents like herself). I hope she is just ignorant to how bad a product is and not just trying to sell high commission products. I asked her THREE times to take me off of her email blasts directly this was after I had used the unsubscribe button several times. She kept on assuring me this was a mistake but it seems the only way to get rid of her daily spam is to get a new policy with another company. If you want no service and to be seen as a revenue stream or just another lead to rip off with bad financial products go ahead pick Dahlia. She is Great!

I wanted to understand what I needed and what wasn't necessary based on my personal situation. She took the time to explain the coverages available and I made the switch. Saved a few pennies too! I really appreciate the patience of explaining everything in detail to make sure I understood what I was paying for. I am very satisfied with my Home, Life and Vehicle coverages. I appreciate the level of customer service and follow up. After claims have been filed or if something comes up I always receive a phone call or email from their local office asking if I'm okay and if my needs were met even though I dealt with the 800 customer service line. Receiving calls like that at the time my car was involved in accident really made me feel good. I'm not just a policy number. They're on top of things there and it can be truly felt. It's awesome when they remember you when you call. Feels like a family business who remembers the regulars. Like "Cheer" where everybody knows your name! Though I have many good things to say about Dahlia and her Allstate team I'll mention one last thing. When I purchase new cars I get really nervous about what's offered by the dealer and what my policy already covers. Before I purchase a new car I call to find out how the purchase will affect my policy. But what I love most about this process is that when I drive my car off the lot it's insured bumper to bumper by Allstate because they make themselves available by email, fax, phone and text messaging even after business hours. I absolutely love, love, love the customer service! Thank you Dahlia and Team!
