She had one blade that didn't wipe correctly so had to bring it back for them to fix. So then today driving on west shore road, in the pouring rain and snow, the blade flies off in the road. So she turned around and got it again, in the rain and snow and went back to the store and had the same idiot reattach it ..... 85 years old and this guy was a total snot to her after 2 attempts of installing wiper blades incorrectly. No more going here.... your employee is a jerk.

I decided to grab new wipers for the front and rear of my CRV. The folks at NAPA were great. They looked up what I needed and then offered to install them. I offered to tip them but they said no. Wipers just under 30 bucks, free instillation, and great friendly service... invaluable.
