I was driving on I-89 and I got an "Engine Inspection Required " signal on my dash. I found AutoZone and they checked the diagnostic for me. The issue was with the exhaust and the fix could wait--but it would affect my MPG. This service was FREE. The gave me a write-up about what was wrong and I was back on my way. I remember I had an issue a year or so earlier with a different car, and the auto repair at the dealer charged over $150 just for the diagnostic before quoting an estimate that was more than the car's book value. Free diagnostic code is more than fair. I recommend this (or any AutoZone with free diagnostics) and wish others could provide this service. read more

I am never setting foot in an Autozone again! I have always tried to shop local and support local businesses but the last 3 times I tried to bring my waste oil (from the oil changes that THEY PROFITTED FROM!) they have arrogantly and rudely refused to accept it! The first time, the guy said the oil was "too brown" like it might be contaminated....I mean....it's WASTE OIL! It just came out of my car! How clean do you really expect old oil to be!? The next time they accused me of having water in it...once again-WASTE OIL! This last time he refused because he said it was "in the wrong type of plastic container" and I'm done!! They never have anything in stock anyways and I always have to wait for them to get the parts, at which point I might as well order it online MYSELF and skip the drive! It's cheaper at Amazon anyways! read more

I am a seventy year old woman and they were amazingly helpful reading the computer for my check engine light, telling me how to fix it and when I went back in another day for something else, they wanted to make sure all was well. Friendly and courteous !!!!!!! read more

Once again great service from this store on June 27th. The young lady who waited on me was very accomodating and pleasant and went out of her way to help. I did ask for her name but promptly forgot (senior brain) so I hope she does get credit. Thanks again Auto Zone even during these tough times. read more

This is a much better place to stop into these days, but a few months back there was an employee named Andrew Morgan who was rude and sexist towards female customers. When I asked him to help me locate a nice wax for my car, he responded "doesn't your husband do that for you?" I don't have a husband and even if I did, I am a far better detailed than most. I haven't seen this Andrew character in a short while, so Autozone seems to be improving its staff. read more

Super friendly staff and helpful too. I had a break light out, got as far as I could myself trying to change the bulb and they helped the rest of the way. Even provided the wrench. Wouldn't even take a tip either. Awesome service!! read more

I went to autozone to get assistance in changing my friends drivers side headlight. He drives a 2008 Honda Accord, which I learned is a major pain when it comes to changing the light. Brandon went above and beyond to help me install the light. It was some of the best customer service I have encountered anywhere. He was friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgable. If you ever need help with anything, go to this autozone and ask for Brandon! Ps, I tried to write his review on the autozone website, but I lacked the necessary code to write the review. read more

Best auto parts store by far! They lend out tools, and even un-box products to make sure they fit your car!! 5 stars!

We were visiting from Boston and the battery in our car died. We drove to Advanced where the sign on the window stated "free Battery inspection and installation", so we went in and informed them of the battery that we needed. Then we asked if they can install it as written on their window, and we were told by the 2 members of the staff that were working that indeed they do not due to the "cold". When I mentioned that fact that the sign stated that they would install the battery for free, they said only for certain models. I don't know what models they don't do, but Im sure the Honda Civic I was driving could not be one of those models. We then turned around, and walked out, keeping the 150$ they were going to charge us for the battery WITHOUT installation!!!! We drove another 3 miles down the road to AUTO ZONE and they were WONDERFUL! They not only gave us a top notch battery, but they cleaned the battery sprayed it to seal it and keep out moisture, and installed it ALL for less than the price at Advanced Auto Zone! FOR ALL YOU WHO LIVE IN LEBANON, KEEP DRIVING TO AUTO ZONE ASK FOR STEVE KELLY HE WAS AMAZING!!!! read more

I purchased a new battery here and Bernie went way above and beyond in assisting me with figuring out what was wrong with my old battery, trying a possible solution (without making a purchase) and then installing the battery the next day when it was still broken. Great service and prices, thank you Bernie. read more

I've shopped here pretty regularly for a few years, but no more. Went there to get a new battery pn my daughters car. Guy who installed it had a LOT of trouble doing so, to the point where the car wouldn't start no matter what. He was literally washing his hands of me, 'til I went to complain to the manager, who said it must be my cars problem because (I will never forget these words) a monkey could install a battery. Well, the manager spent the next half hour working on it, until he finally checked and saw that a fuse had blown, and when he replaced the fuse, the car was fine. I was impressed and offered to pay, but he said no - and I drove away happy. That is, until my daughter tried to use the radio - it was fried. Took it to a Mazda dealer who said that when the polarities were reversed on the battery, it fried the radio. $150 later, new radio. Lesson learned: A monkey may be able to install a battery, but that monkey doesn't work at this Autozone. They blamed my car for the problem, and were ready to cut me loose, then when the manager figured out that his employee had screwed up, he didn't tell me .... made it seem like he was doing me a great favor. Thanks alot ... for making us buy a new car radio. There are so many auto parts stores in Lebanon to choose from. Choose wisely. read more
