They said they couldn't do it because of how my car was made or something, which I was fine with. A man told me they would be able to replace the battery if I bought one, just not test it. So, I ordered one online to pick up at the store. I went two nights ago around 730 as their website said they close at 9. But they had signs posted on the door once i got there saying they close at 730. Ok, fine. I absolutely needed a new battery as my car would die randomly and I need it for work and school, so the next day I drove through a blizzard to get it. Once I got there (after I literally crashed because the weather was so bad) the man at the front (who was the EXACT same man who help me weeks previously) told me he couldn't put my battery in for me. He said it was too late in the night (it was 5PM and they closed at 730PM), and he probably couldn't figure out how to do my car anyways. But then, proceeded to tell me if I have a 10mm at home I could do it myself easily. I was/am still furious. I drove home, with my car dying multiple times along the way, and now it is completely dead at my place. I have a battery, but no way to put it in. Will definitely tell others to stay far away from this business. 0/10 FIND ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

If you go for a ball joint, they will sell you control arms. They will say, it will be impossible to do the job without the upgrade. They prefer to use their source for parts because they make upwards of 30% on that brand. Lastly, they will charge you $50 for 2 rags and 1.00 worth of break fluid. My advise, go somewhere else for the same price.
