Sandy's Market is a nice small town grocery store that tries it's best to cater to the local clientel, the owner is very nice and is always happy to see people when they come by.
The pros about this little store is that it is close for the locals, and easy to access for the truckers on their way to lewiston, or hunters/fishermen coming through town. It is a clean store that has most of what you would need for a small town grocery store.
The cons are that they do not accept debit cards, this is a hard thing to look over as most people carry little cash with them these days. The store now has a debit card cash machine in the back, but there is a surcharge for using the machine. Also if you do not get there early enough you might not get your essentials because they have very little stock on hand.
Overall a nice little store, but make sure you have cash on hand when visiting. read more
