This place was close by and had good reviews so I stopped in. They were very friendly at the counter and had my shirt ready the next day. Prices were good too. She is juggling multiple tasks and turning out a quality product. I have zero complaints because she has a job to do, and I'm not paying her to fawn over me. I had a bunch of tablecloths that needed pressed today and was turned away by three other places (I was searching closer to home) and called here because it was close to work. She told me to bring them right over and assured me they'd be done in time. I would 100% recommend this place as long as you're not a sensitive snowflake who needs someone to hold your hand while they talk to you. The quality of the services is worth it.

The guy at the desk told to me "relax about my dress" and went back to look for it again. They did find it, but the lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. Oh and they are open relatively late, too, which I appreciate. I had a deeply disturbing experience with this business. The customer service crossed a serious…read moreline into unacceptable behavior. My wife visited this location and noticed a pricing issue. I was charged nearly double for the same items I drop off every two weeks, while she, a Caucasian woman, was quoted less than half for identical service. When she questioned this and took a public photo of the owner and another individual, the situation escalated. The owner or manager became aggressive, snatched her phone out of her hand, and threw clothing at her. This is not poor service. This is assault. She chose not to call the police at the time, but that does not change what happened. No customer should ever face physical aggression for raising a valid concern about pricing. If you plan to operate in this community, you need to treat every customer with respect and fairness. This experience reflects a complete failure in both professionalism and basic human decency. I will not return, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business here.
