I had a deeply disturbing experience with this business. The customer service crossed a serious line into unacceptable behavior. My wife visited this location and noticed a pricing issue. I was charged nearly double for the same items I drop off every two weeks, while she, a Caucasian woman, was quoted less than half for identical service. When she questioned this and took a public photo of the owner and another individual, the situation escalated. The owner or manager became aggressive, snatched her phone out of her hand, and threw clothing at her. This is not poor service. This is assault. She chose not to call the police at the time, but that does not change what happened. No customer should ever face physical aggression for raising a valid concern about pricing. If you plan to operate in this community, you need to treat every customer with respect and fairness. This experience reflects a complete failure in both professionalism and basic human decency. Do Not Come here if you have a military uniform.I'm newly stationed here for not even a year. I had a dress uniform inspection coming up so I tried to find a place to get them spruced up....I called beforehand and asked if they do military uniforms and sew on patches....the person I believed to be the manager said yes so I took two uniforms there for dry cleaning and patches.....in my whole 13 years of my career this was the worse experience I ever had...I was told my uniform would be ready by Tuesday (my inspection was on Wednesday). I came on Tuesday and my uniform was not ready....I dropped it off on Friday....my uniform wasn't even close to being done....it wasn't even cleaned yet! I was so upset that I asked for my money back but no I got a promise from the manager that they would have it fixed at 0630 the next morning day of my inspection....manager never showed to fix my uniform like she said she would...instead there were two sweet ladies trying to help but they had no clue how to press my uniform top....and I had to wait until 0700....when she said she'd be there early for me.....they are very over priced and messed up my uniform to the point where i couldn't even participate in my inspection...as for the other uniform I also had specific instructions and the guy at the counter clearly didn't listen very well.....I ended up doing my 2nd uniform myself when I got it back because they'd ironed out my creases when I told them not to....it was a mess for what I paid and not a sorry, or apology, or refund was given....don't waste your money here...I was treated awful! read more

I work for a local Church congregation and took some robes there for laundering and alterations. I paid for the alterations (on one robe) in advance, but they told me it would be 4 week before I could get my robe back and I was cool with that. When I came back to finally get my robe the attendant was very dismissive, rude and (to me) - disrespectful. When she finally found my robe she didn't hang the robe (because it is a long vestment,) but she slung it over some apparatus in the store with no regard for the starching and pressing I asked for. The attendant looked like she came in with an attitude (and, I know that everyone has a bad day or two) but, this demeanor was very ridiculous. Chose Dry Clean Express because it is located near my office and on the way to/from work. I pass it every day! I drove up, not knowing what to expect. I'm new to having to use a dry cleaning service, but with my daughter in ROTC this year I've had to find a place to have her uniform cleaned. My first time going in there was so pleasant. They were super friendly and smiled so much. The second time we dropped off her uniform we had the same experience. Very kind people. But it gets better. WAY better. We dropped off the uniform and through my own misunderstandings, didn't realize they aren't opened after a certain time on Saturday and are closed on Sundays. My daughter had a Veteran's Day Parade to attend and we both panicked and she was devastated to disappoint her team. We put in an email desperately asking if we could stop by and pay extra to get the uniform picked up. They called us back within a couple of hours and met with us 20 mins later to get her uniform. They saved they day over a mistake I had made and didn't charge us at all!! He was SO NICE to us and I just can't thank them all enough for their exceptional customer service.
