I later received a text that my items were ready early. When I arrived, I was told my dress had been "reclassified" as a wedding dress and the cost was now $200 -- without any prior communication or approval. I made it very clear that I would not have agreed to that price. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, staff argued with me for 20 minutes about whether the dress qualified as a wedding dress, completely missing the point that no one contacted me before proceeding. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered a large stain in the front center of the dress that was not there before. They offered only a $50 discount, which does not come close to addressing the issue -- especially considering the cleaning cost exceeded the value of the dress itself.
