This is our second vehicle we have purchased from this location in the past few months. Sarah made the buying experience easy and quick. We knew which vehicles we wanted to look at and they were ready for a test drive when we arrived. We drove over an hour just to work with Sarah again. Highly recommend this location mainly because of our salesperson! read more

Horrible. I can't give a 0 or I would. I was literally refused service, passed around, and heard employees snickering over the phone and one say "i dont want to work with her." Im happy to take my business to someone that wants to do their job. read more

Do NOT take your car here to be serviced. They charged me $2472 to fix my terrain and did not fix it. We took it back in and they let it sit for two weeks and still did not fix it. We called and never got a call back, tried filing a dispute and was denied because they claimed there was no error. These people are fraud and will rip you off. read more

Update: sansing still hasn't returned calls much less paid the bill for the repair to our truck. They sold us a truck that had an engine light on, their mechanic said it was just because it hadn't run for a little while. They said they would fix it if not. We bought an extended warranty to be safe. Took truck straight to their recommended diesel mechanic. 2 grand later and a warranty that doesn't cover anything they won't even return calls . At best terrible service, at worst complete crooks selling crap overpriced trucks that are falling apart. Going on 60 days with no return calls... read more

UPDATE !!!: After my comment here, the dealer informed me that im no longer "welcome" to any Sandy Sansing Chevrolet locations for any kind of service. They also told me to take my vehicle to Pensacola or Daphne location like how i stated in my comment. Sandy Sansing Chevrolet (Foley, AL) dealer literally retaliated and opened a war to its customer over a negative review. I hope this experience i had explains what kind of service you will have IF you choose this location. I got an appointment 1 week in advance for my tire pressure sensors to be replaced and when i dropped my truck they called me and said that the truck is ready BCS they do NOT have the tire pressure sensors in stock so it will be sometime after 14 days.! Are you kidding me.?!!!!? I literally created my appointment for the bloody TPS replacement and you guys didnt even bother to check your stock in advance.? Btw NO.! The truck is NOT READY Ms.Cynthia Valbracht .!! HORRIBLE place and uneducated workers.! Stay away and go to Pensacola or Daphne. read more

This has been the best car dealership I've been to yet. All of the staff is extremely courteous and has great customer service skills. Today I utilized the service area at Chevy and was recommended to Chuck by a great friend. I was blown away at how knowledgeable he was on my car and how quick and fast I was in and out of the facility. Now keep in mind my car is covered by warranty and a Cadillac ATS so not a Chevy I had been having transmission issues and my center console wasn't working which was affecting my entertainment system & air conditioning (99 degrees by 95% humidity). Chuck had me in and out with a transmission flush and a fixed center screen with a oil filter & oil change in 3 1/2 hours. The entire establishment is tremendously clean and well taken care of and especially for the area of which the cars are repaired. Thanks Chuck for making a stressful event relatively simple and quick! I highly recommend if you're having issues with your car to give Chuck a call and see how he can make your vehicle run like new again! read more

Sandy Sansing Chevorlet - Thank you for the service ! - Car Dealers Near Me - Foley, Alabama

Consistently great experience in parts, service, and sales! Good location and they'll go out of their way to make everything as easy as possible! read more

I asked for a transmission service. After removing the pan and fluids, they didn't have the filter and promised to get it first thin in the morning. The next day they told me to come in at closing time. New owners to me mean pour service. My last service writer quit. Wish I knew where he went. I'll have to go to Pensacola or Baton Rouge for vehicles and service. read more

Excellent and knowledgeable service! Most efficient hard working sales people in the business. Go see them you won't be disappointed!

I made an appointment to have an airbag changed in my vehicle. I showed up on time they were ready they said they'd have it done in two hours it was done in about an hour and 40 minutes and done properly. From the time I arrived in the service department greeter found out who I was and what I was there for and paired me up with the right service writer until the time I left things went very smoothly I can't think of anything to complain about. 5 stars is walk in water 4 stars is darn nice ship and smooth sailing. read more

BEWARE: STAY AWAY from this dealer for Auto Service. We took our car in for standard 10 Qt Oil Change and Tire rotation. They charged $189 + $35 Shop Supplies ($224 + Tax). The Labor portion for the oil change was $87.Are you kidding me? The same service at this dealer last time was $107 (Labor Included) +$25 Shop Supplies. So how did it go up $92 from the last change? After Haggling with the service advisor, he gave 10% off and removed the Shop Supplies charge, so the total Bill was still $181. NOT friendly and NOT accommodating, they have lost a lifetime customer for SURE. read more

I bought my 2019 Silverado from this place when it was Southern Chevrolet. It was a pleasent experience, and I had all my maintenance needs done there for 4 years. BUT, now that they have been bought out by Sandy Sansing, the service is terrible! I took the truck in a few months ago to have the tires rotated and aligned. When I picked it up, I noticed they didnt rotate the tires, and that it was still pulling to the right like it had been before the alighment. I also noticed that it was steering a little squirrely. When I did a visual inspection I observed the upper control arm didnt have a nut on one of the bolts that secure it to the frame. Although I know they dont loosen that particular nut to do an alignment, I also know you cant align a tire with the entire upper control arm rattling all over the place. Very dangerous situation. When I took it back in, the service tech was abrupt and taciturn. I didnt hear from them for three days so I called and was told the truck was ready, and the front end had been tightened up. I checked it closely this time and observed that they had rotated the tires but had not done anything to correct the upper control arm. When I pointed it out to the service tech, she gave me some song and dance about having to special order the nut that goes on the bolt to secure the swing arm, and that she couldnt find one. She offered no explanation as to why they tried to get me to drive off with the front end in such a dangerous state. She also told me that although I had purchased a special package that allows me to have an oil change and tire rotation twice a year free, I would have to pay for the rotation because I didnt get the free oil change done simultaneously, lol! I told her just to do my free oil change so the rotation would be free and that I would come back for it. She then told me that an additional after market warranty I bought from the dealership for $2,800.00 (when I bought the truck) wouldnt cover fixing the upper control arm because it didnt cover replacing or tightening nuts, lol! I told her just to give me the keys and left. I went one block away to a suspension place. They had the "special order" nut she said was on back order everywhere, and fixed the upper control arm in 10 minutes, for 20 bucks. Do yourself a favor and have another Chevy dealership service your vehicle. read more

My sons truck has been in the "service" center for nearly 3 weeks. Little contact because phone is rarely answered. When contact is made, my son is consistently told the part will arrive the next business day. The only service he's received is lip service. This truck is essentially being held hostage. It's just BEYOND BAD BUSINESS! read more

This week I had a fuel tank strap break lose and I had my Yukon towed to this dealership. They were very friendly and called me with the repair cost. $885.00 with 3 hours of labor. They attempted to justify this cost by saying the fuel tank had to be removed because of rusted bolts. I knew this to be untrue. I took it to a competitor less than a mile away and asked them to put my truck on the lift and take a look. The two bolts holding the two straps on were easily removed and both straps replaced in under 5 minutes. Parts and labor cost $105.00. I was so disappointed with that level of attempted price gouging and outright fabrication of the repair needs. Beware of this dealership read more

Took 3 different calls to get someone to answer in Service Department. After getting through it was going to be 2 weeks before a oil change could be scheduled. From out of town (Columbus, Ohio - but Roll Tide!) - visiting family for Christmas - we heard a weird whining noise coming from our new Tahoe engine after arrival. Called to get an appoint but was told they were booked until Jan 2. Drove up to see if a technician would 'just listen' to the noise to confirm or deny a problem and put our mind at ease? By chance was introduced to Darrin (General Mgr) who brought out Ryan (Shop Foreman) who immediately named the issue within one second! Then Ryan spent 30+ mins calling around for OEM or after market part - which he found in Pensacola!! Went from no chance at appointment before we made the return trip, to 'wing & a prayer' drive by, to RED CARPET service from the most service oriented professionals/ gentleman in the industry! We can't thank Darrin, Ryan, & Will Vasquez (Scheduler) for their grace, service, and professionalism! We are so appreciative! Jackson Family Christmas 2023 read more

Had a great experience at the service department. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They have a table with coloring materials, books, and toys for little ones. They also have fresh coffee, bottled water, and snacks. The service team member, Cindy, was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She did not try to push any unneeded services like other dealerships. She explained the work needed in a clear, easy to understand manner. The only drawback was the work taking over 2 hours. Overall, the service department did an exceptional job. read more

This car dealership should be shut down. Smiling, lying, good Ole boys just hustling people out of hard earned money. They play the old bait and switch game. "Well sure we advertise that gotta add....well, lots of stuff". "Have I introduced you to the Lie master 5000"? He's the sales "Manager". This is the old school liars banquet. They will sell you anything and laugh about it. You have been warned. read more

Bought a car from these guys. The whole experience was very painless. Rick Welsh was my salesman and he was absolutely awesome. If you need service you want Robbie Lightfoot or Donald Kircharr (spelling?) as your technician. They have both been there 100 years. It was a bit of a drive for me from Grand Bay, but they, hands down, had the best deal. Will absolutely recommend to my friends and family. read more

Recently, I've relocated from New Orleans, Louisiana to Southeast Alabama. This is the third time I've brought my vehicle to a dealership for a recall service, but my visit at Southern Chevrolet service department is the first positive experience I've received from a dealership! Though they were busy, everyone I came in contact with were friendly and helpful, and my vehicle fixed and ready to go in less than 1 1/2 hours. I want to send a compliment to Ashley who requested the recall parts for my vehicle and who called me a few times to help me set my appointment. Thank you all for your excellent customer service! read more

I am here from Arizona and had a scheduled appointment for service on my truck Scott the service advisor was an arrogant and very disrespectful person with the customer service of a damn post. This was my first time purchasing a newer vehicle. I've gone looking before, but never actually bought one, until I met Mr. Terry. He wasn't pushy at all, just gave me straight answers to all of my questions. It seems like this company has a good working relationship with lenders, so that could be an added bonus. I got a great vehicle at a great price, and didn't have to deal with any b.s. Thumbs up. read more

I bought an explorer here from Michael Porter seven years ago and I am still in love with it. The entire sales staff is so friendly and positive. The service department take great care of it. John and Lisa are so friendly and helpful. I am always greeted warmly and feel like I have been welcomed into the Southern Chevrolet family. My vehicle is always taken care of promptly and they don't try to get you to fix more than what needs to be unlike other places. Go elsewhere-this place can't even provide you with a price when you contact them and ask about a used truck. I've since seen similar experiences others have had in reviews on the net. Life's too short to put up with nonsense and you're a cash in hand potential customer. read more

We needed some emergency mechanic work done on our Malibu. To make matters worse, we were in NOLA and our daughter was to bring the car to us the day after the car started to act up. Stopped by to check out the year end savings deals on a Tahoe or transverse. Typical salesman yaya to start then he asked what I was interested in and I told him I wanted to see what kinda deals they had on the remaining 2013 ta hoes since they Gaea few not he lot. His reply was " well we got so many on the lot because the 2014 have not come in yet". I said then what are those 14s siting there for as I pointed to several 2014s sitting in a row. He replied "Oh I was thinking about the suburbans". When I opened the driver door the dirt on the door was not a good thing but I over looked it since the rest of the vehicle seemed to be clean. Now on to the Traverse- as I walked up to the line I couldn't help but notice they all needed a good washing but I wrote it off as it was just time and they had not got around to it that is until I looked at the back driver side around the fuel door and saw where mold was growing. And once he unlocked the vehicle for me I really began to wonder what was going on at this place when a salesman showed me what was supposedly a new vehicle but yet looked like is had Ben to the beach with sand in the floor board and dust and dirt all over the dash. It's pretty bad when a person is trying to shop at home and keep the money in a home town establishment and they apparently don't want us to since the salesman was a complete idiot or liar and the quality of car of there stock is a total let down. read more
