They quoted me two. That turned into six weeks. Now, I'm getting lectured by the general manager as to why there's no compensation for the $5000 bill because the Ford system isn't his. And his tech had to stay late because their system was down for a whole week so that meant my vehicle was repaired it just was sitting there for a week because their system was done somehow that became my fault and I was lucky he wasn't charging me for his tech staying late. We told them about our issues with dealerships in the past selling us lemons so they got us approved through a bank was a blessing but the car had issues that we asked them to fix before we left and he gaslighted us the whole time. The sunroof is broken and we were okay with not having to use it but the sales guy said that their mechanic who "is the best" stated that the sunroof was fine and assured us that it wouldn't leak (first lie!). He then suggested that we commit fraud by filing a claim in 30 days to the warranty company to fix it because they didn't want to do it. He then rushed us out that he forgot to take our payment and shifted blame towards us like we were the scammers. Fast forward to now, we asked them if they were going to hold their end of the bargain ( which I asked if I could get it in writing that they would fix the sunroof, which the sales person and the finance lady there refused to do) and that same sales guy refused and fed us some line about everything being sent out and they no longer have to deal with the car. Lastly, thank you to the manager Pat for providing us and our dog with water while we waited. Among the Ford dealerships we have been to, this is the best Ford customer service we have ever had.
