finally, I get to do a great review!!!! I cannot say enough…read moregood things about these guys. I spent countless hours and days trying to get approved financing after a car accident I was involved in. no one would could get me financed after being rear ended and not at all at fault in the accident. my last plan was to purchase a car cash outright but I was limited on that plan. i would have had to buy on market place or other with only $3000-$4000 to get a not so dependable vehicle. I was in a real bad situation with my Gap insurance not getting on the stick to finish paying for the totaled Kia I was driving prior. I saw the ad on my iPhone for Coastal Auto Group. even though I had no faith left in Auto sales and dealerships I decided to fill out the quick application online which was fast. within an hour or so I was contacted then ask some additional information and in around 2-3 hours I was approved. Justin was the salesman and did a phenomenal job of working with me. very nice polite and informative! this was the least amount of time I have spent doing car financing which is in its self amazing to me. I sent all my documents required to Justin through email and text. that dude was awesome and even answered every little text like , you're welcome and no worries. my experience with Coastal Auto Group was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my 65 years of living. what they advertise is true unlike most all other sales and dealers. got my Kia Soul and love it!!! low miles and a nice car that fits all my needs for my work. I'll leave you all with this one last important comment. Go see these guys if you are in need of a vehicle and in a tight spot. they actually do work with you instead of wasting your time like others. I was offered an incentive if I refer someone to them. no sales or dealership has ever told me that! drive on with Coastal Auto Group! do not waste any time with the other bill BS-ers! thank you Justin CAG

They quoted me two. That turned into six weeks. Now, I'm getting lectured by the general manager as to why there's no compensation for the $5000 bill because the Ford system isn't his. And his tech had to stay late because their system was down for a whole week so that meant my vehicle was repaired it just was sitting there for a week because their system was done somehow that became my fault and I was lucky he wasn't charging me for his tech staying late. There are too many options in the area for someone in his position to act like this. He cost Jackie a sell with his lecture... Do yourself a favor just go somewhere else.

They don't even deserve the one star that they're getting. So my husband and I went there looking…read morefor a vehicle for our family, the sales guy at first glance seemed legit, but the more he spoke the less we trusted him. We told them about our issues with dealerships in the past selling us lemons so they got us approved through a bank was a blessing but the car had issues that we asked them to fix before we left and he gaslighted us the whole time. The sunroof is broken and we were okay with not having to use it but the sales guy said that their mechanic who "is the best" stated that the sunroof was fine and assured us that it wouldn't leak (first lie!). He then suggested that we commit fraud by filing a claim in 30 days to the warranty company to fix it because they didn't want to do it. He then rushed us out that he forgot to take our payment and shifted blame towards us like we were the scammers. Fast forward to now, we asked them if they were going to hold their end of the bargain ( which I asked if I could get it in writing that they would fix the sunroof, which the sales person and the finance lady there refused to do) and that same sales guy refused and fed us some line about everything being sent out and they no longer have to deal with the car. Do Not Trust Them With Your Car Purchase!!!!!!

Today I utilized the service area at Chevy and was recommended to Chuck by a great friend. I was blown away at how knowledgeable he was on my car and how quick and fast I was in and out of the facility. Now keep in mind my car is covered by warranty and a Cadillac ATS so not a Chevy I had been having transmission issues and my center console wasn't working which was affecting my entertainment system & air conditioning (99 degrees by 95% humidity). Chuck had me in and out with a transmission flush and a fixed center screen with a oil filter & oil change in 3 1/2 hours. The entire establishment is tremendously clean and well taken care of and especially for the area of which the cars are repaired. Thanks Chuck for making a stressful event relatively simple and quick! I highly recommend if you're having issues with your car to give Chuck a call and see how he can make your vehicle run like new again!
