This is definitely a place to come and just enjoy the campground even though there is many area attractions. This will definitely be a regular destination. My dogs loved the huge dog park.

Quiet hour is at 10pm and the campground did quiet down. At some point before quiet hour there was people singing on a Karaoke machine but it was done before quiet hour. We typically have events with live music a couple times a week, as well as food trucks (but only during summer to my knowledge). There are less families than any other group of people but we still enjoy having a home-away-from-home. The routine is 14 days booked (with a minimal daily fee) and 7 days off-site (some storage available on site). Bathhouses, pavilion, overflow parking, clubhouse and some weekly events (during the summer) included. Laundry room available but we rarely use it. Dogs allowed with proper vaccines and license. There is a small dog park on site. We really enjoy the two pools (one with kiddie area and lifeguards).

We spoke with a female employee who shared something in common with us. The escort helped us as usual to back into our site. Our back-in water front deluxe site is awesome. For those not used to lake flies, beware. Just turn off your lights that you don't want them to be attacked to. This is a typical KOA site , meaning the sites are close together. But, given the back-in site, the closeness didn't matter. This KOA does not have a pool, so jump in the sound.

That said; We really enjoyed our stay here at Little Creek Campground... While we did get rained out, the two days and one night we got to spend were nice. We were looking for something a little more woodsy and secluded and this fit our needs great. Most of the tent sites are off in the woods a bit, so you must hike in a bit (like, a couple hundred feet) which is worth it for the woodsy experience you get, in my opinion! Our site (#7) was spacious and clean-ish (c'mon, it's the woods) and there was placement for multiple small tents or one larger family tent. The sites are not terribly close together. You can her the hum of voices from your neighbors, but no actual voices carried over. Overall, it was great. For $10/night we will definitely be back!
