On our road trip from Fort Worth, we were researching available places in this area and Little Tracks came up as having one night open!!! We lucked out!! We stayed in Red Fish cabin for the night. Once you reserve and pay for your stay, the owners text you the appropriate information to get in! They're so hospitable. When we walked inside our cabin from our long day of driving, we were greeted with a cozy and clean place! There is a hot shower, shampoo/conditioner, beauty mirror, towel hooks, towels and linens. The kitchen is complete with dinnerware and cutlery, a blender, coffee machine and fridge in case you want to cook any meals. We also spotted a fire pit in the front for making s'mores! If the temps gets too cold or hot outside, there is an ac unit to make your sleep more comfortable. There is a tv mounted in case you have time for watching anything, we didn't though. The trees were gorgeous, showing off their fall colors, and it was so quiet despite being right off I-40! It felt like a night at Grandma's house, safe and snuggly. We recommend staying!

We booked a year out and was glad because there was nothing left to rent. I have never seen Fall and it was just gorgeous in Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky. The rental was well equipped and clean. Great porches front and back.. The person who rented the small cabin by us, saw our plates and he was from Baytown. Small world, beautiful scenery. I didn't even take a pic of the Choo Choo because it was so cold I ran to the car.

I guess you can bring a few kids too. Rentals: Golf cart to putter around. Water sports equipment to rent. Rent early. This is a small quaint/cozy campground, so the noise is too. Lots of space between campsites campers. There are a few spots if you want to bring your own.

The roads are very narrow to get here, the entrance to get to the Pearl Museum area is through a…read morehousing/rv park so don't worry too much when you enter. Just keep following the road around as it is not signed well as to directions. Stop at the first stop sign you see where there is a little shack that says "check in." We assume it is a check in for the rv park and the HH. But, again... no signage or directions. We got lost and had to call. Once you come straight back through to the spots down by the waterfront be sure you chalk your rv very securely as the sights are not well leveled and there is a concern of rolling back into the water. Also, we are right at 40' and we were too big so I would say nothing bigger than 35' to fit comfortably. The museum is quaint with a very pretty pearl selection to see. There was someone there talking to a couple about pearls (she clearly worked there) and never acknowledged us upon entry. Never acknowledged us and we were there approximately 12 mins looking around. No, I'll be with you soon, no welcome and nice to see you. Nothing. I was ready to spend money but after waiting and being ignored we left. I was not impressed by that. Good luck on your stay.

We rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience moving into a Marshall Reddick-managed…read moreproperty in Nashville has been extremely disappointing. Prior to signing, we were explicitly told the unit would be professionally cleaned and move-in ready. When we received the keys, that was not the case. The apartment required extensive cleaning, and we ultimately had to hire professional cleaners ourselves after receiving little meaningful remediation despite repeated communication. Since move-in, we have dealt with a long list of unresolved maintenance issues, many of which were documented immediately upon occupancy, including: - a nonfunctional washing machine with standing water and visible mold - a nonfunctional microwave - exterior openings allowing animal activity in the walls/ceiling - a broken mailbox lock (mailbox doesn't close at all) - missing window screens - multiple additional maintenance and safety concerns We are now nearly a month into the lease and all of these items still remain unresolved. To be fair, Michelle eventually stepped in, acknowledged that our move-in experience fell short, and approved a partial rent credit toward the cleaning expense, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience has still felt highly reactive rather than proactive, with much of the burden of coordination falling on us as tenants. The most frustrating part has honestly been the lack of preparedness and follow-through. We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but a unit should not be turned over in this condition after repeated assurances that it was move-in ready. We are hopeful the remaining issues will ultimately be resolved, but wanted to share our experience candidly for anyone considering renting through this management company.
