My lone complaint was that we stayed here during renovations. They had appropriately provided signage noting that the laundry and gym facilities were closed due to the rehab work going on, but we still had to pay north of $200 for the stay, even with those amenities not be usable. Sort of thought there would be a "pardon our dust" discount. Oh well. The free breakfast in the morning which started at an impressive 6am was excellent. Staffer had it up and running right on time, and the food area was as clean and tidy as I have ever seen with a great selection of items. All in all, a practical place to stay that will soon be a much nicer version of itself.

She was just so nice and insisted on helping me to my room and wanting me to move my car to make it easier for me to leave in the morning. My room was clean and ready for me and the bed just hugged me in all the right places. The rooms are updated with comfy beds, flat screen TVs, tons of cable channels, and just an overall relaxing feel. The hotel is quiet and non smoking, so it is easy to just relax and let go of the day! I cannot wait to take advantage of the breakfast tomorrow. Every time we've come, they've added something new: flooring, window coverings, lamps, art, furniture. It's not fancy but I always have a great night's sleep there. It's the cleanest place we've ever stayed, no matter the price point, even though it's pretty basic. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and pleasant and they work hard to make the place appealing.

I had no reservations and it was in the middle of the night but they had plenty of rooms. The woman who assisted me was very nice. In fact all employees I encountered were super pleasant. 2 double beds came to about $109. They do have military discounts so with that the room came to about $94. The room was clean, and very comfortable to my surprise. Nice luxury feeling comforters and nice Neutrogena toiletry amenities in the bathroom. They also had a nice breakfast spread free for guests with coffee starting at 6am in the morning. Not sure if I'll ever be in Tennessee again but if I am, I definitely will come back and stay at this hotel.

We grilled one night and used the utensils the hotel had. We also used the laundry room several times and the small gym. The gym was nice. We asked to move to the second floor (#201, #203) and the manager was kind in accommodating us. The second floor rooms were in better shape, but grout and caulking in the bathroom had some mold and the ceiling showed signs of water damage. We were truly very sorry to see that Paris' only decent hotel had fallen into disrepair. I sincerely hope that the management has taken note of the maintenance issues and will remediate the problems. Paris is an amazing town and deserves a good hotel.
