Sadly very disappointed in this place!
To start, our order never made it to the kitchen and when I asked how long the food would be, the order was found on the floor. Although the apologies seemed genuine, no suggestions of a partial refund were made by the establishment.
When the order was finally made and brought to the table we were very disappointed. All signs say food is freshly made and that's not strictly true. My pie had obviously came from a microwave and was not all that nice. The mash had an extreme salty taste. My partner said the sausages were mushy inside.
All in all, it's an experience that would never be repeated. It's seems to be family run and these are the places I always want to succeed, but they can often be the ones that become complacent and fail to address basic issues. read more
