Lee came over, explained and offered us an alternative from the same starters menu section, lots of choice but nothing my hubby wanted so she refunded us straight away. Really well mannered and fun. Kids loved her dancing with them when she was collecting glasses and she fixed the machine when it didn't give our son his sweets. Has an arcade and a big pick and mix machine in the pub so brilliant for the kids. When our food came the chef had done us extra on one starter to make up for what they didn't have, you don't get that many places. Delicious meal and a big difference between now and a year ago.

The entertainment for kids in the day is fantastic and then in the evening it's for adults. A good assortment of acts. Personally I can't fault the place, always a warm welcome and nice atmosphere.

Although the apologies seemed genuine, no suggestions of a partial refund were made by the establishment. When the order was finally made and brought to the table we were very disappointed. All signs say food is freshly made and that's not strictly true. My pie had obviously came from a microwave and was not all that nice. The mash had an extreme salty taste. My partner said the sausages were mushy inside. All in all, it's an experience that would never be repeated. It's seems to be family run and these are the places I always want to succeed, but they can often be the ones that become complacent and fail to address basic issues.

I dressed for the occasion thinking it was a cricket theme based brassirie in cricket whites, cecil had adorned himself in a mexican rattler outfit with cuban heels, he was a disgrace, what a bad boy he was though he looked rather dashing. I was offered piss poor starters nothing mexican about this place apart from shoddy slow service which i have come to expect from mexicans ever since i saw that film. Shant visit there ever again, myself and cecil went home. he went with a tail between his legs , a very long tail in that outfit, i gave him whatfore when we got over the threshold.
