Actually had called a different (unnamed) cab company before Flat Taxi that had NOT worked out at all! However, I wish to say I highly endorse Flat Cab and A #1 Driver ***Tasallah***!! The magic provided by their safe, professional, AND polite driving was impressive. What a Gentleman I found in Tasallah! Too many men nowadays do not know how to address a lady politely nor open doors like they were brought up to do so as he did time and time again. Without A Doubt, I can safely say: call Tasalah at Flat Cab, (503)803-5660, and wait for a ride of a lifetime. Sincerely, Paula E. ps Happy Veteran's Day to you Big T!

My niece's arrival was delayed and the driver, Chuck, waited for her well beyond the time he had scheduled for our departure to Timberline. After dropping us off, he had to return from Timberline to the airport to pick up other customers and take them most of the way back to Mt. Hood. He was extremely patient and calm. He actually was reassuring me not to worry, he would be able to manage both trips. Well, he certainly did in the face of very difficult circumstances. He encountered an accident on the way up and another one on the way down, both of which delayed him. He also faced whiteout conditions on Mt. Hood. He handled all of this calmly and expertly. I would recommend this company, and most especially this driver, for one's transportation needs. They do an exceptional job in both transportation and customer service.

She had to go all the way to Eugene which is a two hour ride. I found Portland Luxury on Yelp and the owner Billy put me and my wife at ease. He tracked my daughters flight information, picked her up directly at the airport and texted her before she landed with all of the directions on where to meet. He even texted me when he picked her up and at the end of the ride to confirm she arrived safely. I am from the New York area and did not have a connection in Portland but I am so great full for Billy and Portland Luxury. He was a guardian angel who made sure my daughter got to her location safely. I recommend this company to everybody. If you are landing in Portland give Billie a call!

Everything we own packed was into seven suitcases, and so we needed help to get from the airport to our hotel in Salem. The choice was an Uber, which would not have worked for our situation, or a luxury car service. Hewar was wonderful from when I first called him to arrange our trip. He was attentive and patient, even when I called him multiple times with questions. The manager, Rasheem, met us at baggage claim. Our driver, Zhieco, was professional and friendly. He helped us get our (very heavy) luggage into the hotel. On the other hand, the company I called first did not give me a chance to explain why we needed help at baggage claim. As soon as he heard that, he immediately said he couldn't help me. He threatened to post my phone number online when I wrote him a one-star review. I was shocked. I would've taken it down, regardless, because I don't post bad reviews. So, I was especially glad to talk with Hewar on my second phone call. I highly recommend Elite. If I ever need a service like this again, I will for sure call Hewar.

The gentlemen we had were friendly and took care of all of our luggage. The company has great communication. We were scheduled to be picked up at 4:45am but at around 9pm the night before I started getting nervous that we should leave a few minutes earlier, so I sent them an email asking if we could leave at 4:30am instead, really not expecting anyone to respond in time. They actually emailed me back within 10 minutes and confirmed the earlier pick-up time. Then, our return flight landed at PDX (an unheard of!) 40 minutes early. As soon as we touched down I texted the number to see if there would be any way someone could come pick us up for 40 minutes earlier than planned, again not necessarily expecting a response - especially since it was close to midnight. However, they texted me back instantly that my driver would be in touch with me soon, and sure enough our driver texted me within a few minutes. By the time we grabbed our suitcases off of the conveyor and walked a few minutes to the curb, our driver was already there and waiting despite us being 40 minutes early - and, again, it was close to midnight on a Wednesday. We are customers for life!
