After dropping us off, he had to return from Timberline to the airport to pick up other customers and take them most of the way back to Mt. Hood. He was extremely patient and calm. He actually was reassuring me not to worry, he would be able to manage both trips. Well, he certainly did in the face of very difficult circumstances. He encountered an accident on the way up and another one on the way down, both of which delayed him. He also faced whiteout conditions on Mt. Hood. He handled all of this calmly and expertly. I would recommend this company, and most especially this driver, for one's transportation needs. They do an exceptional job in both transportation and customer service.

She had to go all the way to Eugene which is a two hour ride. I found Portland Luxury on Yelp and the owner Billy put me and my wife at ease. He tracked my daughters flight information, picked her up directly at the airport and texted her before she landed with all of the directions on where to meet. He even texted me when he picked her up and at the end of the ride to confirm she arrived safely. I am from the New York area and did not have a connection in Portland but I am so great full for Billy and Portland Luxury.
