I never thought it would be so difficult getting some work done on my bike, but the level of rudeness I endured from various other shops (ahem...Pro Street Cycles) was ridiculous. Nick is an easy going guy and knows what he's doing. His work is quality, and won't break the bank. He works on all makes and models, but it was especially nice to find a competent Indian motorcycle mechanic in the area. Not sure whats going on with a lot of young business owners these days, but they sure as hell don't want to do any work. This shop is different. Will definitely call these guys first in the future.

Roger greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and offered any assistance I needed. I'd done my research and was looking to get an entry level bike and Roger was able to answer all my questions. I love the design and simplicity of Honda bikes and ended up purchasing an orange Rebel 300. It was probably the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. No pressure, no problems. Bought and drove off. I had my spouse drive it home and he loved the ride! I've been riding it around the neighborhood and getting a feel for the friction zone all afternoon and I'm in love! I get to the store and suddenly there is a registration fee. Then, going through the bill together after I paid, it turns out I was charged that registration fee twice. When I pointed it out, they changed their answer and said it was a tax fee, which I had also already paid. On top of that, I told them four days in advance that I needed a fast pickup and asked them to have everything ready. They said, "No problem, we can do it in 15 minutes." I get there and it takes two hours, so I had to leave and come back. Horrible service.

I talked to Lt Dan. He called me back shortly and assured me he was on the way. Shortly after our conversation he arrived with the trailer. Secured my bike and took me back to the dealership. Once there we were offered all the amenities to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. The staff was very friendly and got me back on the road in record time. I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!

The staff are all riders from different backgrounds, and it shows in the way they troubleshoot, explain things, and actually understand these bikes. They've helped me replace and install a controller, do belt swaps, troubleshoot battery issues, and gave me solid maintenance advice for keeping the bike in good shape. Turnarounds have been quick, communication has been great, and they've been willing to work with me when I needed some flexibility. I've never felt steered wrong by them. Great shop, great people, and a real asset to the local e-bike and motorcycle community.
