I talked to Lt Dan. He called me back shortly and assured me he was on the way. Shortly after our conversation he arrived with the trailer. Secured my bike and took me back to the dealership. Once there we were offered all the amenities to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. The staff was very friendly and got me back on the road in record time. Lt Dan actually called me the next day to make sure we got home safely and offer his assistance if we ever needed the dealership again.

Attempted to contact owner on several occasions (messages left in person and on machine as well as with multiple people) and no response returned. Was cool about doing a payment plan but afterwards was given the run around. Bike ended up sitting in the shop for over 7 months to just look at a wiring issue and finally had to just have it towed to another shop. Please shop elsewhere if you truly want quality work done on your bike. Complete waste of time and money.

After a few minutes on the call he told me to try another option first and see if it works. They were super friendly and helpful. The option he gave me to try worked perfectly and saved me some money. Good to see there are still shops out there willing to help. My carburetor on my 1974 Monkey is definitely going to be rebuilt by them.

The staff are all riders from different backgrounds, and it shows in the way they troubleshoot, explain things, and actually understand these bikes. They've helped me replace and install a controller, do belt swaps, troubleshoot battery issues, and gave me solid maintenance advice for keeping the bike in good shape. Turnarounds have been quick, communication has been great, and they've been willing to work with me when I needed some flexibility. I've never felt steered wrong by them. Great shop, great people, and a real asset to the local e-bike and motorcycle community.

I get to the store and suddenly there is a registration fee. Then, going through the bill together after I paid, it turns out I was charged that registration fee twice. When I pointed it out, they changed their answer and said it was a tax fee, which I had also already paid. On top of that, I told them four days in advance that I needed a fast pickup and asked them to have everything ready. They said, "No problem, we can do it in 15 minutes." I get there and it takes two hours, so I had to leave and come back. Horrible service.

We showed up to Richmond Harley without an appointment and asked if they could get us in and back on the road. They went way beyond by adjusting the day to help us from being stranded and got us back on the road. All with a professional and helpful attitude. We are beyond grateful for their assistance and how we were all treated. I should note, we called several dealerships as we were getting into Richmond, and not ONE was willing to help us out. But Richmond Harley Davidson did. For what it's worth, word travels quickly in the MC community. And my Club and others will know that Richmond Harley had our backs.
