I am so glad I went with my gut and got my hair cut from here. The first woman who greeted me, I think Su, was so lovely and accommodating as I was a walk in. She was also the one that washed my hair. I voiced my concern about sensitivity and she was like no problem and even informed my hair dresser. She was gentle with washing my hair. Then my hair dresser Winnie, felt like I was talking to my aunt. So sweet and gentle with me. She heard my concerns and gave recommendations. I usually never talk a lot during other hair cutting sessions at other places, but with her, we were chatting away. I showed her a picture as well and she nailed it.
