But his office is not worth using since they can not handle the work load during tax time, b-cuz as I was told they are just really busy during that time-aren't all CPA's? Isn't that what you pay to use their service for? To do your taxes and get them filed correctly and on time???? He was to do an abatement form to get the penalties removed but all he did was a letter, didn't even do the correct form for us to get reimbursed any penalities...yes like I said he did end up paying for his error....but it's not worth you getting jacked over because someone can not do their job properly & timely... He became very forceful -- including yelling at me -- while pushing me toward a course of action that ultimately proved to not be right for me. The reason given was that I supposedly owed legal fees, despite no invoice. He later called back laughing to tell me I didn't have "much of a balance." Not typically how billing works. He also abandoned legal work he had committed to completing, leaving me in a life-changing bind while I was freshly postpartum and dealing with major medical complications for my infant. His reasoning? "Opposing counsel ruins my day. I hate talking to this guy." After the attorney-client relationship ended, he texted me that we could date now that he wasn't my attorney. Apparently the ethical transition period ended before anyone thought to ask if I was interested. I was not.
