I had similar petitions prepared for me unsuccessfully with some of the largest immigration law firms in the world, but how was I able to get it approved with this firm? Jason has a relentless pursuit for excellence in his work. He took the time to delve into the intricacies of my research and professional accomplishments, crafting a compelling and meticulously documented petition that showcased my contributions. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the EB-1 criteria was key to my case getting approved and what set him apart from the previous experiences I had. Jason developed personalized strategies to address previous shortcomings and he worked collaboratively with me to best highlight why I meet the eligibility requirements. I felt that he was more than just handling a case, but championing my cause.

His demeanor made us feel comfortable confiding in him with our case specifics. He was with us every step of the way in our 16-month journey. He made himself available to answer each one of our questions and also let us know what he was seeing from other law firms and from cases ahead of ours as we were going through the process. He also was able to put the presidential transition into perspective on what would be changing and was always updating us on changing regulations and immigration forms. It was such a joy to work with Jason. I would 100% work with him all over again, in fact, we already made the decision that we will work with him when it is time for my wife's residency renewal and for her eventual citizenship. Thank you for everything!

Paloma, their Senior Legal Assistant, was our very first point of contact, and within minutes of meeting her we knew we were in good hands. Months later, she's still checking in -- a small gesture that says everything about how this firm treats their clients. Cristina guided us through the Adjustment of Status process with crystal-clear explanations and an uncanny ability to keep us calm. At our USCIS interview, she proved exactly why you want her by your side: at the exact right moment, she stepped in with poise, precision, and total professionalism, turning what could have been a derailment into a non-issue. We had worked with a different law firm before this, and the difference was night and day. The previous firm made critical errors -- leaving out required documents, answering key questions incorrectly -- and treated our concerns like we were inconveniencing them. The team at The Law Office of Mark Kinzler was the exact opposite: proactive, prepared, deeply invested in our success and value for money. They didn't just help us win our case. They gave us back our sense of trust in the process. That's priceless.

Contracted this law firm to handle a pretty unique immigration case…read more Their first call with you? Great. Fantastic. They really reel you in with how communicative they are. If they know you're gonna pay good money, you'll get a second call (Mainly to confirm your payment lmao) and after that? Crickets. Your case will get handed to a temp or a paralegal who either couldn't give a rat's behind about you or is way too overwhelmed to give every case the time that they need. Spent thousands of dollars for them to quite literally leave off documents THAT I HAD SENT THEM AND SPECIFIED NEEDED TO BE SENT AS A PART OF MY CASE JUST FOR MY CASE TO BE DENIED AND THEN THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME AGAIN TO REFILE. NO APOLOGY. NO "OH MAN, SORRY BUT WERE GONNA TAKE MORE MONEY TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS WE PURPOSEFULLY DIDNT INCLUDE THAT YOU TOLD US TO AND OH WOW LOOK, YOUR CASE WAS APPROVED, WOWEE." Not only that but I never actually ever spoke to the lawyer(s) who were representing me. There's multiple lawyers because my case changed hand no less than 4 times. They'll ask for paperwork, you'll file it immediately and then you'll see that your letter was filed 5 days late with USCIS with some BS excuse that has nothing to do with why it was actually late (SOME KNUCKLEHEAD HAD SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND LINCOLN GOLDFINCH WASN"T GOING TO TELL ME BUT LUCKILY IM AN ANNOYING LITTLE POS) Then they proceeded to tell me that I needed to give them $3000 more to represent me as now that my case was approved, they were no longer responsible for the previous case. Is it maybe because in all of the 1000 calls I made to them I only ever spoke to even just a paralegal once or twice? Probably. I don't blame them for dropping me really, I was a nuisance. But good lord, when you pay someone nearly 10grand to file paperwork, you kinda expect a little more huh? I'm sure Kate Goldfinch herself is a fantastic lawyer but her firm is absolutely the exact opposite of fantastic.
