Toland won't give you the time of day. He did get my case dismissed but was near impossible to reach at all times despite giving me his personal cell phone number as a trust hook. I felt that after paying everything upfront I should have been entitled to timely responses. Instead, I felt like he didn't care because he already had my money. Neither he nor his paralegals would call me back and Alejandro was exceptionally bad at honoring his promises of getting back in touch with me. It got so bad that my case had been dismissed for maybe months and I was never even notified! When I finally tracked Toland down, he lied to me about having emailed my mother and me news of this a while ago (neither of us had it in our records). He then offered to resend the notification but ultimately ignored me when I accepted the request.
