Once my employer approved the sponsorship for my permanent residency, and Bernadette's law firm was adjudicated to do it, she put on her super hero cap... and I don't say this lightly; my six years of H1B were almost done, meaning we needed to file an extension during the PERM Labor Certification waiting period.
