I called the office and left a message. A very friendly and entertaining man by the name of David called me back. David turns out to be Eileen's husband. Definitely a straight shooter and very law savvy. He asked me what I needed and I told him. After much discussion, he asked me why I needed a will. I truly thought that was the way to go. He explained wills go to probate after death and that lawyers continue to charge until probated and that can take some time. He spent quite a bit of time with me and I gathered the necessary paperwork he suggested and completed. Beneficiary at the bank easy, medical power of attorney, notarized at my bank easy, my financial counselor sent me the forms to distribute my monies to my kids easy, went to the County Clerk's office with the title to have my son's name included on the title upon death, $35, easy. The last and final part was the deed transfer of my home to my son upon death. This is when I finally got to meet Eileen and David. Eileen is extremely soft spoken and very knowledgeable. She is open and welcoming to all. I don't think there is a person on earth she and David wouldn't help. She drafted the paperwork, I signed and she notarized and had it sent to be recorded. $250 and $35 for a will. I came home and wrote notes for my son about how I wanted this distributed to my other kids and granddaughters. I have this all included in a divided file folder. David is a hoot and I thank him so much. Eileen is an angel without wings. I can't recognize this two individuals enough.

I live in Los Angeles, and I was genuinely concerned that settling my late brother-in-law's estate would require constant travel back and forth to Texas. Fortunately, I found Daniela and her incredible team at Legacy Estates & Trust, and they completely exceeded my expectations. From our very first interaction, Daniela was professional and transparent. She took the time to outline exactly what the process would entail, provided a very clear breakdown of the costs, and gave us a realistic anticipated timeline. To my surprise, the entire case actually moved faster and smoother than I ever imagined possible. What truly set this experience apart was the convenience of their remote capabilities. Daniela and her paralegal, Drea, handled every single detail without me ever having to step foot on a plane. Not once did I need to fly to Texas for a hearing, and they even guided me through the remote notary process, which was a first for me and an absolute game-changer for my future legal needs. Throughout the entire court process, the staff was extremely patient and friendly, answering all of our questions with impressive speed and care. It is rare to find a legal team that combines such high-level expertise with genuine empathy. I would highly recommend Legacy Estates & Trust to anyone in need of estate management, especially those navigating the complexities of out-of-state probate. They turned what could have been a logistical nightmare into a seamless, stress-free experience.

All of them kept telling us it'll take 24-48 hours and we'd wait and get no call backs. We'd even offer to pay for consultation services if we could just talk to someone to figure out what we should do. We were having issues with our GC and needed clarification and advice on what we needed to do to resolve our conflicts. Our GC demanded we pay extra costs on our new home build (which we've never talked about, nor agreed to). We're at the 95% finish rate. We've paid all our drawers on time and basically the exterior of the home is almost done, but the GC wants to charge us another $12,000 for labor and supply we've never talked about. Throwing out fees/dues right as we are literally at the end game! So much so that they're threatening us if we don't pay, they're walking off job! Pathetic and so unfair on so many levels! Although, I wasn't able to hire Roberto to work on my case, because after talking to him and explaining what had happened and the legal avenues we could take, in the end, we'd end up paying so much more than $12,000. It's sad that we have to pay our hard earned money to a pathetic -and conniving General Contractor. I will say, for Roberto to pick up and actually spend 20 mins to advise to us about what we should and shouldn't, do, is just awesome. He didn't hesitate to help , listen to our issues, and the key thing is, he actually cared enough to help and advise. I can tell his customer service is great, because he picked up his phone automatically and actually wants to help people! I believe he would make a great lawyer and his number is stored in my phone if and when I do need one. Or if someone needs recommendations for a good lawyer! Thank you Roberto for taking the time to talk to my husband and I today! We truly appreciate your kindness!

Roberto was extremely helpful in bringing us up to speed on the legal process. He also provided excellent legal advice assessing the merits of both sides of the case, which helped us a lot in understanding the probability of a favorable outcome if things went to mediation or to court. Ultimately, his advice was critical in us having confidence in standing our ground and reaching a favorable outcome. The legal advice was worth 5 stars, and his fees are very reasonable. Unfortunately, I also have to deduct 1 star because Roberto missed a couple of calls that I had scheduled with him, so it wasn't a flawless experience working with him. Perhaps it was a crazy busy week, and sometimes busy attorneys do get stuck in court or some other higher priority meeting. In those cases, it would have been better to get a text message or some communication from his office. However, I had to call his office both times to find out what was going on and reschedule. That being said, I would absolutely recommend Roberto to others and would definitely turn to him for legal advice in the future if needed.

He was very considerate of my mom's time and would take as much time or as little time needed to thoroughly explain everything about her will. He drafted it quickly and accurately and all for a very reasonable price. He was friendly and kind and understood that sometimes getting a will created can be a stressful event, especially for an elderly person. He took ALL of the stress out of the situation by helping my mom fully understand the importance of the will and each section in it. Her stress level has dropped tremendously and she is happy knowing that when the time comes her family will be well protected. If you have an elderly parent and do not know where to start, I cannot recommend Kyle enough!
