He and his staff have saved me in a few critical ad desperate times since I was a young man and driving like a young crazy man :) Mr. Stewart's firm has a great staff, I am very pleased working with Mr. Diego and Mark personally, both are excellent and knowledgeable in law and do take care of you and your needs when it comes to traffic violation citations. Stewart even helped my family member for tickets out of town and appeared in court in our behalf with no extra charge! AND he was able to dismiss a very serious citation!! I find Mr. Rojo an extremely intelligent, well-experienced, courteous, creative, professional, well educated, kind and quite personable individual. Thank you sincerely for taking care of me and my family for so many decades Stewart! Mehrdad Vatani, Ph.D.

Brian never responded to my request which was put in over a week ago. I understand things may be busy and he cant take on more clients, that's fine but a response of "Thank you but I cannot take on more clients" or "I cant take your case for xx reasons" is a basic and I think reasonable request after seeking his services. I would not attempt to hire nor would I suggest anyone else attempt to hire Brian in the future as he is unresponsive to basic requests and seems to have no respect for the timeliness that matters of the court deserve.

She helped cut my fine in half and get the ticket off my record...but the best part about it is I didn't have to go to court all or worry about the hassle of a speeding ticket. Well, I was being prosecuted for an Ag-Assault in Austin and Richard Gentry came on as 2nd Counsel…read more My #1 attorney Shrum and Gentry met me at the jail for a meeting that was supposed to be "trial prep". There was no trial prep... Only extremely high pressure tactics to accept a last minute deal based on a surprise picture of some supposed evidence which the police: 1. Didn't take into evidence. 2. Didnt properly Photograph 3. Didn't run any tests on and 4. Was clearly a pill of BULL$$T. Now that I've listened to the Calls with the DETECTIVE, I know for a fact it was TRASH!! "I've got access to the Apartment and can let you in" BS. I'm innocent let's go to trial... You know, at trial Richard did a good job impeaching the cop and Detective. Credit due for a job well done. I'll never turn down a pan of Fried Bacon!! However, in his closing argument he ignored the only shred of evidence the prosecution had, which was an over-the-top hysterical 911 call. Literally pretended like it didn't exist. Just played the video that showed us walking out... He also ignored me when I told him there were portions edited out... Which there were. No objection. No request for sidebar or verification. Nothing to preserve the well-founded fact in the record for Appeal. Fine. I can sorta forgive incompetence. The thing I will never get over is this... in that prep meeting, MATT SHRUM shouted at me "You're a fXing narcissist that's going to spend the next 10 years getting AXX Raped in TDC!" Pindrop. Richard said nothing. Wouldn't even look me in the eye. He put his head down like a coward. That's what he did. Just like that. He clicked his mouse on his computer. Wow! Amazing. After a quiet beat, I said "Gentleman, is there anything productive you would like to spend our remaining time on? Or is it going to be more of this?" The reply was "More of this". So I said, "I think we are done here. Enjoy the rest of your afternoon." Then I left. So, 50 years old, degree from University of Michigan, no criminal record, no physical evidence, no injury, physically handicapped (see photo), exculpatory video, and I get convicted on a pile of bullshit inconsistent testimony and a fabricated 911 call and sentenced to 10 years TDC w/ probation. What...A...Coincidence. Maybe I'll get it over-turned on appeal, but my life is ruined... Here's the thing, I saw Richard at the Courthouse yesterday and he had the audacity to make SMALL-TALK. I was polite. However, the grievance I am preparing to file will be strongly worded piece with sharp, cantankerous overtones. Think Jim Morrison meets Kurt Cobain with a shot of Jane's Addiction. This guy might be a competent lawyer but is a piece of trash. Yeah. It's like that. Keep scrolling.

This is a long review of our experience but the summary is: Andrew is by far the best Austin…read morepersonal injury lawyer there is and we couldn't have found a better fit to represent us in our case! Andrew Traub represented us when we were hit at a school while dropping off our kids. My wife was ran over and ended up with severe leg scarring, I injured my jaw, and my son had severe emotional trauma. We spent months interviewing attorneys and decided Andrew Traub was the best injury attorney in Texas for our case. My wife's portion of the case wasn't hard to get max ($350,000) given her injuries; however, my son's emotional trauma was a VERY complex issue given it's not as easy to establish as physical injury. USAA (her insurance) and State Farm (our insurance) repeatedly denied any compensation to him. Andrew, using his expertise, was eventually able to get the pay max ($350,000) on his claim! My jaw injury was a physical injury but, ironically, USAA kept saying it was from my military service. In the end USAA did pay the policy limit ($100,000) for my jaw injury (our under-insurance had already paid out max). But, what I feel is just as important, is the way Andrew treated us. He was always keeping us in the loop and helping coordinate issues and care. He ensured we knew what to expect and rough estimates on time frames. He helped us set up a structured settlement where our son's money would almost double by the time he receives it. He was more than willing to help with the car damage side of the claim- which we had already don't but it would have been great not having to deal with it (we took our time interviewing attorneys given the complexity of the case).

We were quoted a 6 week time frame. See photo for one of many issues we needed help resolving. :( I was hesitant to contact a lawyer, but it got to the point where we felt there was no alternative. I called Andrew and we dove right in to the issue. He asked several questions about the situation and about our HVAC contract and recommended a path forward. Andrew was reassuring, insightful and extremely knowledgable. He gave some great insight into the legalities of contract work and after our conversation I felt very confident that this issue would be resolved quickly. We quickly discussed the email I was instructed to send to the contractor before hanging up. After I emailed the contractor my list of concerns and let him know we had contacted Andrew Traub to pursue legal action, he was very interested in resolving the issues ASAP. Funny how that works, huh? I would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone who may be seeking legal assistance.
