Brian never responded to my request which was put in over a week ago. I understand things may be busy and he cant take on more clients, that's fine but a response of "Thank you but I cannot take on more clients" or "I cant take your case for xx reasons" is a basic and I think reasonable request after seeking his services. I would not attempt to hire nor would I suggest anyone else attempt to hire Brian in the future as he is unresponsive to basic requests and seems to have no respect for the timeliness that matters of the court deserve.

This is a long review of our experience but the summary is: Andrew is by far the best Austin…read morepersonal injury lawyer there is and we couldn't have found a better fit to represent us in our case! Andrew Traub represented us when we were hit at a school while dropping off our kids. My wife was ran over and ended up with severe leg scarring, I injured my jaw, and my son had severe emotional trauma. We spent months interviewing attorneys and decided Andrew Traub was the best injury attorney in Texas for our case. My wife's portion of the case wasn't hard to get max ($350,000) given her injuries; however, my son's emotional trauma was a VERY complex issue given it's not as easy to establish as physical injury. USAA (her insurance) and State Farm (our insurance) repeatedly denied any compensation to him. Andrew, using his expertise, was eventually able to get the pay max ($350,000) on his claim! My jaw injury was a physical injury but, ironically, USAA kept saying it was from my military service. In the end USAA did pay the policy limit ($100,000) for my jaw injury (our under-insurance had already paid out max). But, what I feel is just as important, is the way Andrew treated us. He was always keeping us in the loop and helping coordinate issues and care. He ensured we knew what to expect and rough estimates on time frames. He helped us set up a structured settlement where our son's money would almost double by the time he receives it. He was more than willing to help with the car damage side of the claim- which we had already don't but it would have been great not having to deal with it (we took our time interviewing attorneys given the complexity of the case).

We were quoted a 6 week time frame. See photo for one of many issues we needed help resolving. :( I was hesitant to contact a lawyer, but it got to the point where we felt there was no alternative. I called Andrew and we dove right in to the issue. He asked several questions about the situation and about our HVAC contract and recommended a path forward. Andrew was reassuring, insightful and extremely knowledgable. He gave some great insight into the legalities of contract work and after our conversation I felt very confident that this issue would be resolved quickly. We quickly discussed the email I was instructed to send to the contractor before hanging up. After I emailed the contractor my list of concerns and let him know we had contacted Andrew Traub to pursue legal action, he was very interested in resolving the issues ASAP. Funny how that works, huh? I would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone who may be seeking legal assistance.

My attorney, Tom Buckle, and the entire firm was extremely knowledgable, organized, and professional from start to finish. Tom has been practicing real estate law for over 40 years, so he knows the Texas real estate inside and out. He has dealt with every imaginable situation when it comes to real estate. I was very grateful for his experience, knowledge and honesty in his assessment of the case and how he conducted himself. Tom was extremely efficient with his time over the six months that I used him. He avoided getting into lengthy meetings and other things that rack up large legal bills. I was impressed with Tom's ability to handle the opposing law firm's attorney who was clearly straight out of law school and had little to no experience practicing law. I would absolutely recommend Scanlan, Buckle & Young to anyone looking for an excellent law firm to represent them.

I like many many others made a mistake and was gonna drive home after a few drinks at dinner. Well fate stepped in. IN SHORT I was arrested. The next day my partner had already found the most amazing person to have ever lived. Ms. Espiritu. From the first phone call to the first meeting. She was everything perfect. I was already feeling like shit about what I did and how I wasn't thinking of others, only my self that night. She made me feel like a person again, like how It should be. Yeah I MESSED UP, yet so have many many others. As a person of color I already get crazy high anxiety when dealing with any kind of law situation so when she told me it would be ok and that it will take time but she wanted to make sure I was ok. My heart was just filled. Jump forward a few months. She met with me and told me she would be there every time for my case. The communication was impeccable. Over the course of my case I made several changes to my life and how I did things. All because of this amazing person. My life wasn't a mess before I still have my career and now luckily a second well paying side gig. All because of her. She just helped me see I could be better. Now the end The day my case of finish I had things I still Needed to do for the court the next year but nothing insane. This day was both amazing and sad. Amazing, cause this bump I caused in my life is passing. An sad because I had never met someone so giving and selfless. Flash forward to March 2021 I get this random phone call from a county outside SA telling me I had tickets due for about $1000 I was just at a loss. Well I hung up and immediately called Ms. Espiritu I left word with the front desk and she called back with in 20 mins. I told here everything I was told and how I don't think they are mine. She asked a few questions and said she would call me again in 30. Well Turns out the tickets in fact belonged to me from 2004 WTF right Well she told me hold on I think I can get these taken care of if they will work with me over the phone. All in all she did this from the selfless place of her Spirit. With in a week it was handled and all clear. I will forever have this persons back and speak so highly of her. Ms. Espiritu changed me for the better.
