Orlando was a wonderful help to me and my daughter today. My daughter had been having difficulty getting a correct color match for the foundation she wanted, and Orlando took good care of her. We walked out of the store into the natural light outside and the foundation color Orlando chose was spot on! Once you arrive and check in you are ushered to your service area and given a drink menu of complimentary beverages. The Jack and Coke was heavenly after a long day of work. I was made comfortable and given a warm neck massager thingee that was very relaxing.I had a Deluxe Gel Manicure and the Milk and Honey Pedicure $50 and totally worth it as it includes an14 minute foot massage, real milk and honey, exfoliation and paraffin wax. I previously got the Deluxe Pedicure for $35 , which was excellent too but the massage and the other components make it worth it !They use a timer for the massage and do a great job, which is something I appreciate as the massage is usually RUSHED at most nail salons I've been too! My Tech Lynne was gentle and thorough. Sunny has done my manicure for the second time and I will definitely be requesting this duo when I book my next appointment! The first appointment in January was at 6p and it was very busy because they close at 7p . But I was in and out . Today I went on a Friday at 3p and it was a little calmer and it did not take them long which I appreciate also, sometimes the nail salon is a chore after a long day but the fact that they work so efficiently while not compromising their work, is pretty awesome! I originally visited because of their sanitary practices and standards which are that of a dentist office, superbly clean. What an experienced!! It was the most relaxing environment and kind technicians I've ever experienced. They are meticulous. Going slow to be mindful of your cuticles, scrubbing with a brand new foot pumice, using new files and buffer. They take their time when massaging. This is a spa experience, not a cattle call. When we moved in 2024 I continued to make the drive from Houston. This is my place! If you care about your nail health and getting the best service, look no further. Also, the salon is very clean and cute. They do not use pedicure spa chairs (which was part of a class action lawsuit) nor nasty plastic bags inside bowls. Instead everything is cleaned with hospital grade products. I would also like to point out that the person who posted all those pics of her nails and gave them zero stars, has nail damage NOT due to a manicure. That is an unhealthy nail and a manure cannot fix that. This is a salon that cares about your experience as much as your nails. I absolutely love their polish options (again they use only the best and nothing old and junky). This is not an inexpensive investment, but it's worth the extra for my peace of mind.
