For a LONG time, I had been wanting to come here. Mostly because of the aesthetic and the history…read moreof this historic home in the Massillon community. I had never really heard much about the food, but I found it to be pretty delicious. It's not a cheap dinner by any stretch and this is more of a special-occasion type of venue. It was my birthday and though I don't really like to celebrate (or admit to) my birthday anymore, it was a nice place to try. My family, party of six, was seated in a room upstairs by ourselves. Cool little private dining alcove, painted with dark walls and sexy, almost what I would consider Halloweenesque, decor. Yessss, now they are singing my SONG. Service was good. Don't expect to get bread or any added extras with your meal. Pretty straightforward. We did try a couple of their specialty cocktails. The "Black Moon Rising" cocktail was a fun novelty, served in a skull-shaped mug, but it was a little sweet for my taste. The "Fashionably Late" was solid (similar to an old fashioned). Many things on the menu did seem to have a degree of spiciness, and it is not really a place that children would find something that they love. My son had the portobello mushrooms, which were okayyyyy, but very garlicky and peppery for a five year old's taste. I had the lemon shrimp and rice, which was just delicious. I loved it. My son liked that too and I think he probably would have enjoyed another order of that more than what he ordered. The French onion soup was hearty and good. Someone else in our party had the steak, which I tasted (yum) and the mahi mahi, which I did not get to taste, so it MUST have been good. Slice of HUGE birthday cake for dessert. Pro tip: don't order coffee with dessert. The coffee is weak and not good for $4.50 a cup. Anyhow, overall, I think it was a good dining experience, although I might make some different choices next time. Oh, and it IS allegedly haunted, but the hostess, nor the server know the details of the stories. Something about a dentist and a murder and another story about a little girl. My curiousity is piqued. Maybe a year or two ago I had reached out via email about hosting an event here for my tour company and I think my clientele would enjoy the stories and the history behind it all! Itching for more.....

You would never believe that this space used to house a golf simulator experience…read more We came here for coffee on a busy Sunday morning. The line from the counter stretched all the way back to the door, which gave us plenty of time to people watch and admire the beautiful space after picking our drinks. The baristas were friendly and welcoming. The line was moving slowly - a combination of people asking questions and an ordering process that seems a little inefficient (we noticed they were tracking available pastries on Post-It notes). Our drinks were available quickly, and they were delightful. I had the spiced orange chai with oatmilk and my husband had a gingerbread latte. My chai was sweeter than I would prefer, but now I know that for next time. Everything in the pastry case looked incredible. We passed this time because we had finished breakfast. I'd be interested in coming back in the evening to try some of the cocktails. I think they have some kinks to work out when they're busy; overall, it was a good experience. Union Park is a nice addition to the Belden area!

Around 6pm the coffee side shuts down and it shifts. Coffee was fantastic, the space feels comfortable, and the homemade pastries... unreal. They look phenomenal and taste the same. If you're anywhere near the area, give this place some love. It's a local business doing things right, and I'll definitely be back.

I'm an avid golfer and the simulation at this facility is top notch. They just got new Titleist golf balls that work with the simulator so it gives an even more realistic experience. The only thing more enjoyable than the golf and drinks is the service! The server came over and made sure we knew how to work the game and gave us some tips and pointers. Definitely will make this a regular spot!

James helped me create the menu (and even helped me get items that were not on their catering menu). He worked with me so patiently when I was undecided on certain details related to the party. The food was amazing, the staff was incredible (and they make amazing drinks)! They were engaging and really tended to my needs and the needs of my guests (approximately 50). This is a great place to go even if you don't want to golf. Thank you, James, John, Mason, Bri (sp?), Christian and the guy who's name I never caught. You made my dad's 85th birthday so memorable for so many people. I seriously can't thank you enough!
