Why 3 stars? Well, polishing only goes so far. While our server was very kind, we asked several questions about the products that he had no idea how to answer. We ordered the bacon wrapped dates specifically because they said they had chorizo and manchego - which sounded interesting - but when we mentioned to the waiter that they were just dates and bacon he looked at us confused and said they should have been stuffed. They weren't. We also ordered the hummus plate that did not come with near enough hummus for the pita and veggies. When we asked if we could get more hummus he said we'd have buy another plate. I get it, but get your proportions at least close. We really came for the bourbon. The single barrel was quite good... but at $95 we could not pull the trigger. I'm sure some tourists will.

Only had 1 person taking orders and ringing people up. Should have had 2 people, Only had 1 person to make the drinks. Should have 2. And to top it off, after waiting that long, not really busy. The food and drink was just mediocre. Would be back for evening drinks and music but not coffee and a muffin for breakfast.

My sister and I drove 30 minutes to get here on a Monday night, looking for something fun to do…read more Based on both their website and Yelp, it said they were open until 10 PM, so we figured it would be a great spot to check out. When we arrived, the owner and a few others were outside. As we walked up, he simply said, "We're closed." When we mentioned that the website and Yelp showed they were open, he told us they're not open on Mondays. It was disappointing, especially after making the trip. If they're closed on Mondays, they really need to update their online information. Even a small gesture--like offering a drink or just acknowledging the inconvenience--would have gone a long way, especially since they were already outside enjoying cigars and drinks themselves.

Out of town on business and I didn't feel like going far from my hotel. Well wouldn't you know it,…read morethis place is attached to the hotel.... a "No Brainer for me!" I walked in just as they were opening so I pretty much had the place all to myself. I ordered a "Cold One" Michelob Ultra" and browsed the menu. I wanted a salad but was tempted to get a steak. With my mom's (my angel) birthday just passing and it being May when we celebrate Mother's Day, I normally eat a Rib Eye in tradition of our outings we used to have before she went home! Now I know you didn't come here to read about my personal issues so I'll get on with the review. The bartender (I forget her name) was so pleasant. Even with her trying to get the bar ready she was very attentive and engaging. I ordered the Classic Wedge Salad. It is your basic iceberg wedge topped with tomato, bacon blue cheese crumbles and this balsamic glaze. It also comes with blue cheese dressing but I personally left that off and just ate the salad as is with the balsamic glaze. Now I don't know if I can put it into words but the acidity of the balsamic glaze and the taste of blue cheese mixed together was shocking to the palate. While a strange taste at first, it certainly was scrumptious. My entree was just the 16oz Ribeye. Now there was nothing spectacular about the way it was prepared but boy was it "Magically Delicious!" Sometimes it's the simple things that taste best. It wasn't over seasoned no trying to get too creative, just a good ole down home cooked ribeye. I finished off my meal while chatting it up with the bartender. If I'm ever in Canton again, I certainly will stop by and try the braised short ribs or the chicken and Waffles. If you are ever in Canton. Stop by and try them out. If you do, tell em Drew sent ya! Y'all be Easy now! Drew
