The cleaners were quick to book (within 2 days) and on time (3-3:30 window, showed up right at 3 pm). They texted ahead of time (instead of calling). The only small thing was that I was told 3 cleaners would come and only 2 did (I didn't need 3 for my unit but just a small communication issue) They quoted me at $165-$230 and in the end it came out to $210+tip. The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven). I loved that they moved my couch to clean under it as well! They prefer cash. Would definitely use them again in the future.

They immediately set to work. I had anticipated being home to answer any questions or move anything they needed. I very abruptly had to leave the house to take care of an emergency and the crew didn't miss a beat. They had me leave a key behind and said they would call with any questions.
