This is purely poor booking practices and it's every time. Today I waited 1.5 hours AFTER my appt time to be seen. This was so the PA could walk in and say everything looked good on my endoscopy. I already knew that. I'm not going to ask why they did this, we all know it was so they could bill the insurance. My time has some value.

As a new patient I was suprized when she did not act rushed or focused on pushing the visit forward even though she was slightly late. She welcomed questions and did a good job at explaining things. She was knowledgeable but clear and down to earth in her discussions. I would highly recommend her as a family practioner.
