Since putting him in a new center, he has only had 3 accidents in 3 weeks. Holly always acted fake to our face, then would send us messages after hours complaining. It was very hard to catch her at the facility so that we could talk to her in person. The center was always messy and chaotic. My three year old's room ALWAYS had the tv on.

Some of the teachers really didn't belong around kids. But, that does not negate the fact that Greater Waco has some of the best teachers in the world. For every good teacher there is bound to be a terrible one, but the center admin staff has always rectified the issue. When ever I have had concerns they have always been dealt with Second, I have a child in the K-4 class who adores Ms. Michelle. She is the most wonderful teacher in the entire school!! I have a 2-year old in the toddler class. Although we have seen some of our favorite toddler teachers leave he has grown fond of Ms. Annette. Even though Catherine will always be mommy's favorite. :) My youngest is in the infant room, and after leaving Ms. Arleen in the newborn room, her teacher Ms. Sarah is perfect at caring for my daughter. Babies are hard work, you don't always know why they are upset but Ms. Sarah does wonderfully!!! Third, and last, everyone has their own opinions and parenting styles. But, I can walk into the school whenever I want and just peek in on any of my kids. If I cannot personally go in I have always been able to call and speak with the teachers. I'm not saying the last three and a half years have gone without a hitch but I can say that I would not trust my babies with anyone else. The staff at Greater Waco Early Education Center has become an extended part of my family and my kids love not only the teachers but the entire staff!!!!

My two year old was found multiple times with poop in her pants (she's potty trained)…read more We found her wondering the hall by herself during a pick up During another pick up I found her crying on the play ground outside because she was cold (it was 50-60 degrees) and they wouldn't take her inside to put her jacket on Her comfort lovey was taken from her multiple times She was picked up with someone else's DIAPER on. Again she's potty trained. When any of this was brought up they said they'd look into it and nothing was done. Safe to say my children no longer go here due to us not being able to afford it any longer and me not being able to pay for neglect
