As a former employee I do not recommend sending your child here or working here.
The management is horrible, they don't take complaints from employees serious and allow people who are not qualified to be in the room in the room alone with the children.
The directors sit at the front and gossip, make fun and judge parents and employees. The management complains when they're asked to help whether it be a behavior issue or a simple bathroom break.
If a child gets injured by another child it's not taken serious, the directors will go up to the child and say "soft and gentle" then walk out. The management has falsely blamed incidents on teachers that were not at fault.
They've had about 9 people quit within two months.
When an employee expresses to management that they feel sick, with a "low" fever or even throwing up they have been told that they're fine and to stay in the room with the children due to being short staffed.
Central faith charges around $980-$1,050+ per child yet employees are paid starting around 9-10 dollars an hour.
The classrooms are maxed out and several rooms have had to be shut down.
This center allows employees who openly admit they don't know how to make bottles or change diapers in the room alone with the children.
This center didn't fire an employee after that employee admitted their vape was discovered in a child's hand (doubt this was reported to the parent.)
The rooms are filthy, several employees don't clean after the children eat. There are bugs and have been complaints of rodents in the rooms. We are told not to sit out the trash until after 1:00 because it "looks unprofessional" when they're doing tours. Directors claim to "follow" health guidelines and preach them to us through long emails yet fail to follow through themselves.
In August/September of 2022 we no longer keep bottle warmers in the infant rooms due to an incident where the alleged hot warmer fell onto a child, burning them. That employee was not fired.
One employee was removed from their classroom and moved into infants where she yelled at the babies and treated them aggressively, not feeding them while claiming they "don't eat" and that they need to "take your stupid bottle."
The teachers in the room are constantly changing, there's no consistency and almost every room has pretty bad behavioral issues that management does nothing to help with.
This place does not care about the families they "serve" the directors and owner only cares about profiting off anyone they can.
Seeing this first hand I would never send my child here and I recommend you don't either, very few staff actually care about your child being safe and happy. Your child deserves better than central faith. read more
